Due to the large bath, there is no separate shower but there is a handheld shower. Lastly, enjoy latest streaming shows/movies on 55 inch w/Bose surround sound by the fireplace. The 1000 sq. ft. apartment occupies the lower level of our house with a separate entrance and patio. SANITATION PLEDGE: We are taking extra measures to make sure your rented space is safe. At each cleaning, we use disinfectant to wipe down all surfaces, handles, railings, light switches, remote controls and appliances.

A Step Back in Time!

We were very happy with Tammy's place. We felt comfortable and at ease in the quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and well stocked with lots of kitchen utensils, equipment and dishware. So easy to prepare meals. Especially noteworthy are the comfy beds, pillows, linens and plenty of wonderful towels. We all slept very well! We look forward to visiting again on future visits to family in the area.

Our stay was very comfortable. There were 3 couples and a single which made this house a great fit for us. I especially appreciated and enjoyed kitchen, dining, living room space. It was easy for more 1 or 2 of us to prepare food together while visiting with everyone in the dining and TV areas. 3 bathrooms was a great benefit! The backyard was well groomed and private. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and convenient location to shopping. We recommend Mama's Pizza and for breakfast burritos Abelardo's

This house is in a beautiful neighborhood that felt very safe. Our family went on a walk and all the neighbors were so friendly. Our grandkids played outside in the backyard and loved the court and trampoline! The space was perfect for us! We had time together but also had enough space to spread out. Communication initially was a little delayed by the host but once we arrived, the host was very responsive to a shower issue we had. Was even able to find a plumber to come on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend which we greatly appreciated! Would’ve appreciated a little more attention to details - many light bulbs were out, birds bombing us from a nest above the front door each time we came and went, the outlet box on patio by fireplace looks a little scary and needs attention. Exhaust fan in master bath/toilet room doesn’t work. Would’ve appreciated a few more items in the kitchen for cooking especially at the price point of this rental. Our family had a great time here!

We stayed here to visit the Omaha zoo and the Air and Space Museum. We really enjoyed the private country setting and the dogs were wonderful. It was so nice to be greeted by the dogs when coming back for the day. Although very friendly the dogs did not jump on you and were very well behaved. The house was very comfortable and homelike. The beds were really comfortable as well.

We were there with family for our son's graduation from law school. The home gave us all private space to spread out. The atmosphere was very peaceful. The beds were so comfortable and the added items (shampoo's, soap, kitchen items, dual coffee maker) made our stay that much nicer. The layout worked extremely well for us! Even though our 3 year old granddaughter did not stay over, she loved to come play with the toys in the lower level! The location to everything was great. The short walk to the cool park, right down the street with two play areas, our granddaughter so enjoyed! The neighbors during our walks were very friendly. We travel with a small service dog, and he loved the fenced in yard, and meeting nose to nose with the neighbors four legged friends! Staying here made our 6 days while attending different events related to family and our son's celebrations, a nice place to come "home " to relax!

Historic Farmhouse Haven with great access to 1-80

We had a weekend planned to meet with our kids and grandkids. The home was very comfortable and just the right size for our family. The renovations on this historical home are amazing. It was fun imagining what family once lived in the home and what life was like at that time. Modern amenities are great. The neighborhood is well maintained and quiet. Although it is a distance from some locations in Omaha, it is right off a main highway for easy access.
