Welcome to Rodlhaus GruBÄR! The wood-burning stove in the living and dining area provides cozy warmth. The very well equipped kitchen invites you to cook. From the balcony you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large toboggan. On the top floor you will find cozy sleeping places. You can relax in the barrel sauna in the garden or in the hammock with a view. Coffee machine: Tschibo Cafissimo Various sauna infusion oils are available. We look forward to seeing you :)

Stille, Weitblick und Naturverbundenheit. Eine Etage nur für dich. Mit Studio, Küche, Dusche und WC. Gesamt rund 70m². Direkter Zugang zu einem 150m² großen schattigen Garten. Wasser direkt aus einer Waldquelle. Das sonnendurchflutete Holzhaus wurde 2018 gebaut, grenzt direkt an einen Wald an und befindet sich entlang des österreichischen Jakobsweges. Besonders freuen wir uns über Menschen die einen Zugang zu Spiritualität haben. Für die Praxis stehen Meditationskissen und Yogamatten bereit.

Welcome to KernAlm! The KernAlm is located in an absolutely secluded location, on a southern slope at 1000 m above sea level. Embedded in the untouched nature, on the edge of a forest, the KernAlm is a special spot of originality. In the morning you are awakened by birdsong and the first warm rays of the sun shining through the window, and in the evening no sound disturbs a peaceful sleep. The lovingly designed stone house offers modern comfort and a cozy ambiance. In the region there is a lot to discover all year round. The place is great for couples, families and small groups. Cozy vacation home on the Ybbs for 3 people – ideal for nature lovers! The charming cottage in a cul-de-sac offers a sauna and a hot tub for relaxation. The river access is a short distance away and is slightly impassable, but ideal for stand-up paddling and swimming. A small, completely fenced garden also makes the house ideal for guests with dogs. Arrival is possible both by public transport and in only 1 h 15 min by car from Vienna

Small house at the foot of the Ginselberg with views of a large pasture surrounded by forests. The accommodation has its own terrace with wonderful views of nature. The building is divided into 2 floors. On the first floor there is a small anteroom, from which you go into the living room, further into the kitchen, the bathroom and a toilet. The two bedrooms and a gallery are located on the upper floor.
