Ein Parkplatz ist in der Nähe, Fahrräder können auf dem Grundstück abgestellt werden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in fußläufiger Entfernung. Das Stadtzentrum mit vielen historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten, das Fischerdorf Wieck sowie Strandbad und Klosterruine Eldena sind via ÖPNV oder per Fahrrad gut erreichbar.

Die Wohnung ist in schwarz-weißem Design eingerichtet. Dusche und WC sind in einem Raum durch eine Abtrennung voneinander getrennt. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen schönen Eintrittskorridor. Bitte zwei Tage im Voraus buchen und gerne telefonische Absprache im Voraus über Check In und Check Out.

You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.
