Die Ferienwohnung (seit Mitte Juli 2020) ist klein, liebevoll und besonders eingerichtet mit lehmverputzten Wänden, handgestrichenen Ziegeln auf dem Fußboden, Lieblingsbildern und -möbeln. Sie grenzt an das Wohnhaus, das wir als Familie mit Kindern auf einem alten Dreiseitenhof bewohnen. Es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn, viel Natur und du kannst in alle Richtungen mit Rad oder PKW schöne Ausflüge machen: Ostsee, Inseln, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburger Seenplatte, Peene, Tollense...

Gemütliches Appartement

Das Appartement verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer mit großer Schlafcouch für 2 Personen, Einbauküche, Veranda und Balkon. Gartennutzung (z.B. zum Grillen) nach Absprache möglich. Ein Parkplatz ist in der Nähe, Fahrräder können auf dem Grundstück abgestellt werden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in fußläufiger Entfernung. Das Stadtzentrum mit vielen historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten, das Fischerdorf Wieck sowie Strandbad und Klosterruine Eldena sind via ÖPNV oder per Fahrrad gut erreichbar.

Im Herzen von Greifswalds Innenstadt, 2min vom großen Marktplatz entfernt befindet sich unsere elegante Wohnung mit Schlafecke, Doppelbett (140cm breit) die sehr gemütlich und zum Verweilen einlädt. Die Wohnung ist in schwarz-weißem Design eingerichtet. Dusche und WC sind in einem Raum durch eine Abtrennung voneinander getrennt. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen schönen Eintrittskorridor. Bitte zwei Tage im Voraus buchen und gerne telefonische Absprache im Voraus über Check In und Check Out.

A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Theater, cinema, museum harbor, zoo and train station within walking distance. The market square with its gabled houses in the style of brick Gothic is around the corner, as is the Pomeranian State Museum. This is an animal-free non-smoking household. Therefore, unfortunately, animals are not welcome. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
