Im Herzen von Greifswalds Innenstadt, 2min vom großen Marktplatz entfernt befindet sich unsere elegante Wohnung mit Schlafecke, Doppelbett (140cm breit) die sehr gemütlich und zum Verweilen einlädt. Die Wohnung ist in schwarz-weißem Design eingerichtet. Dusche und WC sind in einem Raum durch eine Abtrennung voneinander getrennt. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen schönen Eintrittskorridor. Bitte zwei Tage im Voraus buchen und gerne telefonische Absprache im Voraus über Check In und Check Out.

Ihr findet hier ein schönes Studioapartment mit eigenem Badezimmer, einer im Schrank versteckten Küche und auf Wunsch einem kostenfreien Parkplatz. Mit Waschmaschine und Esstisch, welcher sich ebenfalls sehr gut als Arbeitsbereich eignet, ist dieses Apartments auch ausgezeichnet für längere Aufenthalte ausgestattet. Durch die sehr zentrale, aber dennoch ruhige Lage, lässt sich das Apartment sowohl für den Stadturlaub, als auch für längere oder geschäftliche Aufenthalte hervorragend nutzen.

The apartment is located within 5 minutes’ walk from the train station and city center. It has a separate entrance and consists of a sleeping room with double bed, extra large (160 x 220 cm), including a writing desk, a bathroom with shower and a living room with TV, a Grothrian-Steinweg piano, integrated kitchen and dining area, a sofa-bed. It has a nice view into our garden with an area with picknick-table for the guest. A free parking lot and a terrace also belongs to the apartment.

A temporary home: our renovated bright 2-room apartment in the heart of Greifswald. Each apartment honors a regional personality. Centrally and quietly located, it can accommodate up to 4 people. The marketplace, the Pomeranian State Museum and the museum harbor are just a few steps away. There is a charging station for electric cars right outside the door. Modernly equipped with Wi-Fi, TV and kitchen. In the house: Restaurant & Café Lichtblick (closed on Sundays).

The apartment has a living room, bedroom with large sofa bed for 2 people, fitted kitchen, veranda and balcony. Garden use (e.g. for barbecuing) is possible by arrangement. A parking space is nearby. Bicycles can be parked on the property. Shopping is within walking distance. The city center with many historical sights, the fishing village of Wieck as well as the beach and the ruins of the Eldena Monastery are easily accessible by public transport or by bicycle.

In a lovingly renovated, former horse stable from 1900, a cozy apartment awaits you in the middle of the countryside. You are very welcome to use the large garden. The apartment extends over two floors. On the ground floor is a large bedroom with double bed and crib. On the upper floor you will find the spacious living and dining area, another bedroom with two single beds, the kitchen and the bathroom. Two more mattresses are located in the cozy attic.

The apartment, which was lovingly renovated in the spring of 2020, is located on the first floor of a former manor house. It is an ideal retreat for couples or single guests. Many details reflect the charm of the old house, built in 1850, and yet there is no need to forego comfort. If you love a rustic ambiance paired with Scandinavian elements, this is the place to be, where the fox and crane say good night.

The cosy furnished apartment in a restaurated Brickhouse built 1905, located in a quiet area, close to downtown and 10 min to the train station. Also by foot in 10 min: market place, shopping, pubs, restaurants, museum, zoo, cinema. A small backery is across the street, open also on sundays. About the apartment: own entrance, hall, complete new living kitchen, shower bathroom, living room, car parking spot.

Hier biete ich meine gemütliche, ebenerdige, kleine Bleibe. Auf 46m² kann man sich mit 2 Personen richtig wohl fühlen. Für eine dritte Person kann die Schlafcouch (1,20m ) im Wohnzimmer genutzt werden. Die Terrasse zum Hinterhof ist über das Schlafzimmer erreichbar und du kannst dort die Abendsonne genießen. Es befindet sich ein Bäcker im Haus. Innenstadt, Bahnhof und Supermarkt sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
