Cozy, Peaceful, and Relaxing!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The home is located in a small and unique town in Mississippi, time passes slowly, and life is not like city life. The house comfortably sleeps six with one and a half baths. The half bath is in the main bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the needed appliances and a washer and dryer within the home. Imagine an entire home to yourself!!!! This home is located just walking distance from all fast food restaurants and only a 7 minute drive to the renowned Crystal Grill restaurant located downtown. The backyard is equipped with a firepit and ample seating (either on the patio or the deck) with plenty of room for the little ones to enjoy the backyard. It's literally an oasis! The lawn is sprayed monthly for mosquitos & the property is Covid cleaned before and after each stay.

Relax with family & friends on a 40 acre lake stocked with bass and brim. Watch the sun set from the spacious front porch. We are 4 miles from the interstate and 14 miles to Grenada Lake. Fishing is catch and release. Boats, kayak and canoes can be rented for an extra charge. Across the lake from the cabin is a boathouse and boat launch. There is an older dock structure in the lake that is not to be used. Our house is also on the lake across from the cabin.

You will be located within about a 6 block walking distance of downtown Greenwood, the Yazoo River Trails, and many homes from The Help tour. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet.
