The location is very convenient with everything we needed within walking distance. Parking is in the basement of the building and very close to the lift which incidentally is also very close to the room. The accomodation is comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. During our stay we did not have a chance to see the swimming pool or other amenities. The floors were a little dusty, but a vacuum cleaner and other cleaning products are provided so that was easily remedied. Our only complaint is that the co-host arrived late. That aside, we had a great time, they provided a basket of snacks, the place was clean, all the appliances worked well. Most importantly we slept well, feeling safe and secure.

The front side is the Tuggeranong shoping mall with lots of food outlets to choose from, the back side is the peacefull lake Tuggeranong The place is clean and tidy, the host Norm and Parthcy are just soo helpful and very responsive Definitely will coming back again next time we at Canberra

If you are travelling for personal and business this is the great hotel to book in just across the southpoint mall, has parking outside or indoor parking and bus station is next to the mall. The hotel feels and looks clean, you can stay here to recharge and have peace of mind and it is secured as well.

Very spacious unit with all the services one needs to stay for the week that we had. The building looks a little worn, and the reception for the building was undergoing a renovation, so was understandably quite messy, which resulting tracking mess up the floor we were on. Proximity to shops, various restaurants, all essential services was excellent Communication with our host has been excellent. Graham
