Vacation rentals with a patio in Greenbrier County

Fabulous and fun apartment! It was comfortable and equipped with everything you need. We spent an evening in the tavern downstairs and had a blast! It is definitely loud on Friday and Saturday but not bad during the week nights.

Sandy is a wonderful hostess, very flexible and easy to communicate with. I plan on staying here again next time I come back into town whether it's for work again or on vacation. Thank you for everything Sandy!

What a great little place to stay in marlinton. Danny was such a great host I will stay here every time I come back.

Booked this beautifully renovated, quiet, historic apartment space a bit last-minute for a weekend skiing at Snowshoe and it was a great decision. The value was excellent compared to what it costs on top of the mountain and was a 35-40 minute drive to ski. We loved the amenities of the space as well as the small community of Marlinton (which has great cell service). Hope to be back again soon!!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Tavern suites. Even though it states that there is noise on the weekends it wasn’t loud and didn’t keep us up. Everything was clean and felt like a second home. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of pillows and extra blankets if needed. The town is very small but we were able to find a few restaurants that were great. I would love to stay again in the future.

This was such a perfect, peaceful spot! We were in for the Jackson Scenic River Trail Marathon and couldn’t have stayed at a better place. The trail was a short drive away, so it was very convenient. The cabin had a relaxing patio, and we enjoyed the scenery outside under the roof while it rained. Gorgeous! Thanks for having us!

We would rent this house again! So clean and well stocked. Appreciated all the extras and notes of instruction. Spent our two evenings on the back porch with the lights and gas fireplace. We were very impressed and found this place had a lot of personality! Highly recommend

Pam and Gary are wonderful hosts.. they have a cute little cabin with everything you need for a comfortable stay. we were able to go to the Omni homestead natural springs and other activities in the area.

Really enjoyed our stay. Nathan was very helpful and responsive. He provided very clear directions to the house which were necessary for finding our way there.

Exactly what we needed to land in Alderson for a few nights. Short drive up to Lewisburg for other sightseeing. Kitchen fully set up for our needs. Appreciated how responsive Kathy was and accommodating us where necessary. Very, very clean space, comfy sheets, and plenty of hot water. Would definitely stay again!

I am very particular about where I stay. We would definitely stay here again. This is a very old home with a lot of character. It was truly like staying at a friends house. Very cozy. There are 3 bedrooms and a comfy couch. The kitchen was easy to cook in. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean. The linens and towels are not brand new, which was a bonus because they were super soft and comfy. They were all clean and fresh and smelled wonderful. The beds and couch were very comfortable. The kids enjoyed the Wii U. Karen was more than helpful and was super attentive and happy to help us with anything we needed. I was concerned that with it being a pet friendly rental that it would smell like dogs but it definitely did not. The trains do come by often. If you wear ear plugs they won't bother you at all. Honestly we enjoyed them. They are close enough to see and hear but not so loud that they hurt your ears. Our kids and family definitely recommend this rental.

We had a great time. This was our first AirBnB experience, and definitely won’t be our last…SO much better than staying in a hotel. The house was perfect, and the surrounding area was nice and quiet. Everything was clean and in really good shape, and the decor made it that much more relaxing. We loved sitting out on the back porch before bed each night, and having out coffee there in the morning. Melanie was great and kept in touch throughout the whole process. If we’re in the area in the future, we would definitely stay there, again. Highly recommended!

If I had to describe this Airbnb, I’d call it one of the more thoughtful I’ve ever stayed in - both in being well-considered, and being genuinely comforting. From cookies for myself and my party, and Andes mints on the beds, to USB flashlight bars by the couch and fire-starting supplies, the little touches added up. The kitchen was stocked with what many places overlook: oil, Pam, sharp knives, and even Tupperware. There were more than enough towels and pillows, there were bedside tables with outlets on top, and full-length mirrors. The stairs down to the fire pit were lit, which made evenings by the water feel easy and welcoming. The three season room was wonderful, as well, for those of us who attract some bugs, but enjoy the sound of the nearby rapids, and wind. The home was spotless, peaceful, and perfectly located for a visit to the nearby National Park (New River Gorge). The host was also very responsive - when we had a question about the dishwasher, they replied within minutes!
