1946 Small Town Comfort experience relaxation.

1946 Comfort Retreat is located on the Northeast side of Helper. We have a beautiful yard with fruit trees and outdoor furniture for relaxing. In the evening the deer come in for a snack from the apple trees. The house offers 2 bedrooms and a spacious living room. The dining table seats 6 and the air conditioning keeps you cool in the summer months and heats comfortably with a gas furnace. There is room in the driveway for three cars and an alley to park toy haulers or camping trailers.

An inviting outdoor space is illuminated by soft lighting at dusk. A large table with matching chairs is set up, and a canopy provides shade. The wall displays a welcoming sign, and a warm glow emanates from the nearby fire feature.
