Cabin vacation rentals in Green Mountains

We had a wonderful vacation. The cabin is a true gem in the North East Kingdom. Upon entering the house, fresh flowers decorated the rooms and we found a basket of snacks for us and our dog. Leslie and Matt’s passion for decorating made the house cozy and inviting. The grounds were beautiful. We enjoyed walking through the garden, relaxing on the deck, and walking to the river. The food shopping service Leslie and Matt offer is an added bonus. The cabin is also in a perfect location. There are many great hikes and restaurants close by. The North East Kingdom truly delivered with its scenic woods, spectacular summit views, and gorgeous waterfalls. Plus every meal was amazing. Thank you for your hospitality and making our vacation this year a memorable one! You both were responsive, friendly, and such a help before and during our stay. This vacation was exactly what we hoped for: a relaxing retreat among the trees. I wish we lived closer because I’d be back every year.

5 stars all around. Spent a few nights here with family, the house is absolutely beautiful just as the pictures. Easy to find and helpful and responsive hosts, would definitely stay again!

5 out of 5 stars. Used this as an opportunity to get away with my pregnant wife, and we were not disappointed. In fact, we wished that we had booked at least another night or two! The pictures for the listing were great, but we felt the cabin looked even better in person. It was clean, homey, and had everything you needed for a usable kitchen. Lasse’s detailed amenities listing and clear directions in the cabin (like how to properly use the hot tub) far exceeded our expectations. I don’t have one negative thing to say. We are already planning to book for next summer!

Our stay at Tim and Renee’s was perfect. Gorgeous tiny house, super comfy, the hot tub was amazing. The spot the Airbnb is on is very private and peaceful. South Royalton is a cute little town with a nice food coop and coffee shop. Tim and Renee were super responsive the couple of times we had questions. Would absolutely come back.

A perfect getaway! My husband and I had such a relaxing time at this beautiful cabin. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, the space was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. Every little detail made it feel like home. Ashleigh was an incredible host, providing helpful information and even checking in to ensure we were enjoying our stay, which we truly appreciated. One of our favorite moments was unwinding in the hot tub, soaking in the peaceful surroundings. During our stay, an afternoon thunderstorm rolled in, and sitting on the screened-in front porch with a cup of coffee, watching the rain, was an unexpectedly serene experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better retreat, and we will definitely be back!

Perfect locations to spend a few quiet relaxing days. Close to many hiking trails for all different skill levels. Everything was perfect. We loved the hot tub. Daniel was super responsive. We loved Rebecca and Josh's place! The outdoor surroundings were serene and we loved how the place felt tucked away. We were weren't there long enough to explore any trails but we want to come back! There were many thoughtful touches to the place, and fire starters/fire wood provided for us. The hot tub was very relaxing! The inside of the house was decorated very artsy and tastefully! Definitely would recommend :)

The Minouche was exactly how it was described and even better in person. Marilyn was a thoughtful and helpful host, providing excellent suggestions for the area. We really enjoyed the space and the beautiful views from any angle on the property. We highly recommend this stay to anyone!

Our stay at the Karma cabin was beyond wonderful. We booked it hoping for a calm weekend away and it certainly delivered. The bedroom (2nd floor) has the bed facing a massive window so if you leave the curtains open you wake up to the most beautiful sight of trees— we spent hours just relaxing, watching the rain, the birds, and the gentle swaying of the branches. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook, and there was a bonus grill outside too! The Karma cabin was spotless when we arrived— it’s clear Claudia puts great care into the space. She shared lovely recommendations for nearby hikes, food options (great cafe called the Roastery a short drive away), and breweries. She was responsive and thoughtful, checking in if we needed anything. The fenced in yard was a huge bonus, we sat out with morning coffee (and sometimes breakfast) while our pup sniffed to her hearts content. We will definitely be back for another visit!

PK was very friendly and inviting and extremely helpful and responsive. It was beautiful and peaceful and a perfect getaway to immerse ourselves in nature.

The cabins location was secluded and private but not to far from activities everything you need is about a 25 minute drive away. The cabin had an amazing view and was stocked with everything we needed. The sauna was an amazing addition. We highly recommend. The house was spotless and the host was ver responsive. Overall we highly recommend this cabin and will most likely be returning ourselves.

Great little cabin for a weekend stay for my wife and I and our dog. Easy access to town for necessities and close to several local breweries. Would definitely stay here again.

Catherine’s place was a dream. It’s right on the lake, so you have beautiful views and privacy. Catherine is very friendly and helpful and truly one of the best Airbnb hosts! We were undecided if we wanted to stay by the lake or in Burlington, and I am so glad we chose this Airbnb. We were close enough to town, but loved to get away to nature. She has extra amenities like a sauna, bikes, and kayaks. We brought our dog, and he loved having room to play ball and it was very pet friendly. I only wish we stayed longer, and I think it would have been great to be there in warmer weather. However, having my normal tea in the living area and watching the lake from inside was still lovely!

This cabin was such a dream. Tucked away in the woods, it gave us the perfect mix of peace, nature, and comfort. Everything was clean and so well equipped. it had everything we needed and more, which made our stay super easy and relaxing. My boyfriend and I really appreciated the quiet, peaceful, cozy vibe. We felt completely at home and could just unplug and enjoy the moment we spent our time playing board games, sipping coffee in the garden or making dinner together in the cute little kitchen. Emily was an absolute pleasure: very kind and thoughtful, and great to talk to. You can tell she really cares about the space and the people who stay in it. We left feeling refreshed, happy, and already dreaming of coming back.

Our stay was incredible! The view by the stream was amazing, everything was so peaceful and perfect. Inside the cabin was exactly what we expected, very homey, everything we needed. We loved the walls lined with books! Kevin was very attentive towards what we needed - it stormed all day Saturday and he brought a second heater for us because the temperature dropped, which with that and the gas fireplace, kept the place perfectly warm and comfortable. He was also very accommodating in allowing us to stay an extra night since our plans of hiking all weekend were thwarted by the rain. We went for my husband's 40th birthday and i couldn't have picked a better place to get away from the stress of life. We plan on going back for sure!

Darren is a great host, and this is a great place! He had plenty of great recommendations in the area, so we always had something to do. The lake itself is super pretty and very tranquil. Would highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay so much! The house was cozy and clean. It had everything we needed to feel at home with cooking too, which is such a huge plus to not have to bring your kitchen and accessories with you. We could tell a lot of thought and consideration was taken into account with what people need to feel comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Julia was such a great host! The A Frame was so cozy and quiet. The kitchen was equipped with anything you could possibly need. The bed and pillows were super comfy. We really enjoyed the old school scrabble board and how close it was to town/ the brewery. We would love to come stay again!

Had a fantastic long weekend trip up to the Lodge. The property was nice and secluded so you felt the coziness and privacy of a cabin in the woods, while still being close to all that Bristol has to offer. The sauna was amazing and we spent a lot of time utilizing it, especially during the rain storm that popped up during our stay. Terry was very responsive and sent along a great list of recommendations and was super accommodating to prepare for our stay with a little one. We are definitely excited to stay here again!
