this air bnb is extremely beautiful affordable luxury complex. safe quiet and convenient to the night life. this unit was very clean, organized, cozy and spacious. Definitely will be staying here every time I come to Houston. 5 stars and highly recommended

Everything was awesome ,but the bottom of the tub was dirty, and the toilet filled very slowly I lost the # and sent him an email him and asked him to call me and he didn't get back to me this time ,and I feel that should be taken care of,I fill I due some kind refund. Other than that I loved the place, everything but that was very clean .

Cozy and comfortable place, with all amenities you could need for business travel. Kitchen came in handy for breakfast and having in room laundry was very useful. Felt very safe in a busy metro area.

The stay was wonderful . Place was nice and clean on entering. Host was responsive and friendly and helpful when needed. 10/10 experience.

We absolutely loved this apartment! It was centrally located to everything, literally a 15 min drive to most locations we visited. The apartment are just as the pictures show. It is a quiet neighborhood with great amenities. We loved the gated parking, gazebo and pool. Tavoris was easy to reach & answers promptly . Hands down will book this location in the future. Literally just looked for an upcoming trip and they are BOOKED!

It's a beautiful, large, top-floor condo with balcony overlooking the pool, and close to the Houston Medical Center. There's nothing else I could find that is this good in the area. And Joseph's very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend it and we'll likely stay there during future visits.

We had a great stay at Sharif’s place! The home was absolutely beautiful, honestly even better than the photos. Everything was super convenient, and the rooms and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. We had a small issue checking in with the door lock, but Sharif was super responsive and helped us out within minutes, which we really appreciated. The location was perfect for our event at NRG Stadium—it was walkable or just a super quick drive, and being right around the corner from the parking lot made things even easier. We loved our stay and will definitely be back next time we’re in town for an event! 5 STARS!!!!! <3

Great location in town and country center. Easy to get to energy corridor, memorial city and downtown as needed. Town and country center is a great walkable destination for shopping, services and dining. Parking for the stay was in a very secure parking garage. Unit was clean, exactly as described and it was easy to find anything and ever needed in the unit. Will definitely choose this location the next time we travel to Houston. Host was proactive and responsive and all instructions were easy to follow. Unit was spacious for our group of 4 but could also accommodate a group of 6 as needed.

Had an Amazing stay at Jay's home, had everything as described and was surrounded in a peaceful area. Took me a little bit to find the exact building inside the complex but aside from that everything went smoothly! Jay was very responsive and even had his wife assist us with any questions or concerns during the stay. Amazing host!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 day stay. Her home looked as listed. Comfortable, spacious, clean and the backyard with the pool was wonderful! We spent the majority of the days soaking up the rays and pretending we were back in the Caribbean. This experience was just what the doctor ordered! Body, mind and spirit recharged! Ricky’s place was a great spot for our family vacation. It was spacious enough for our family! It did not take long for us to get to the museum district and several nice parks. The pool area looked refreshing, but our days were packed with other activities. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking ware and dishes. As expected, Houston is very warm at the end of June. The AC worked very hard to keep up. The several blade less fans throughout the two story apartment helped to keep us comfortable in the evenings. Communication with Ricky was easy. He was very proactive and quick to respond. We are glad that we found Ricky’s place.

After a REALLY bad situation with another Airbnb, we were SO happy we found Jessica’s house! It was perfect for us! Lots of little touches that made us feel at home! Very quick to respond! We will DEFINITELY be staying here again!

We enjoyed our stay here. The aesthetic overall was on point. Mo had clear instructions on how to get in. What you see is what you get. There were no curve balls. I’d recommend this place for sure!

Wonderful Stay – Clean, Comfortable, and Relaxing! Y’all, this place was super clean and very well organized. I don’t know what kind of laundry detergent they use, but it’s amazing — the sheets and towels were bright white and smelled so fresh. A few recommendations to make the stay even better: Provide more towels and a few extra blankets Add an iron and ironing board downstairs Consider upgrading the cookware and prep utensils The grill could use some attention — we weren’t able to use it during our stay That said, my family and I absolutely loved our time here and would gladly stay again. Highly recommend!

This house was absolutely beautiful! Loved the gym, was able to catch a quick pump before heading out for the day. The neighborhood was super quiet as well which was a plus. I highly recommend staying here!

The host was AMAZING, very responsive, helpful, and understanding with the situation we had going on with the next door neighbor. My friends and I enjoyed our stay here, everything was clean and instructions were very clear. I would most definitely recommend to book with Next Trip Retreats because you will not be let down.
