Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Greater Skopje

I had an incredible stay at this vintage apartment in Skopje! The location is unbeatable — just a 3-minute walk to the City Mall, which made shopping and dining super convenient. Parking right in front of the house was a huge bonus, especially in a busy area like this. The apartment itself was charming, beautifully decorated with a cozy retro vibe, and spotlessly clean. The attention to detail really made it feel like a home away from home. The best part of my experience was the host, Viktor. He was amazing — friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. His hospitality truly made my trip unforgettable. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Skopje and will definitely stay here again on my next visit! Five stars all the way!

5 gece 6 gün konakladık. Kendi ve kocası bize her konuda çok yardımcı oldular. Özellikle kocası hem ev konusunda hem şehirde ihtiyacımız olan her şeyde bize tavsiye verdi ve farklı ülkeler de görebilmemizi sağladı. Ev gayet sıcaktı. Odalar çok rahattı. Çevre çok sakindi hiç insan etkileşimi kurmadık. Merkeze yürüyerek 20 dk sürdü ve hiç otobüse binmemize gerek kalmadı hep geze geze yürüdük.

Müstakil evlerin bulunduğu sakin bir mahalle. Merkeze araç ile 8/10 dk mesafesi var. Sıcak su ve oda sıcaklığı gayet iyiydi. İçeriye ayakkabısız giriliyor. Gayet memnun kaldık.

We had a wonderful getaway - just us and nature. The place was peaceful and exactly what we needed to disconnect The outdoor space is even better than the pictures, and we spent most of our time enjoying it. I must mention that bathroom and kitchen are brand new and super clean! And Marija is a fantastic host—very welcoming and helpful. We’d definitely come back!

Everything went well, I recommend this place. Special thanks to the owner for the office chair and excellent internet, it was very comfortable for me to work 😅

Our stay at Ilis Hotel wasn't just great, it was fantastic. the quietness of the surroundings was lovely. dont expect luxury but a warm home feeling house. the view itself is worth the money alone and then there's the cooking of adrijana. her home cooked meals are so good. with traditional macedonian quisines. jjust 5/5

Nenad’s place is easily one of the coolest apartments I’ve ever stayed in. It’s very nice, clean, and even though it’s in the city center, it’s surprisingly quiet. The lighting effects and the vinyl station were a really nice touch.

Een prachtig mooi groot appartement in een rustige wijk met een heerlijk balkon. Bus vlakbij en met lijn 5 stap je zo in centrum om de hoek van het grote plein uit. Appartement is super schoon en met een snacky op tafel en koel water in de koelkast een welkom ontvangst. Prima plek, raad ik ten zeerste aan.

Wir verreisen häufig per Airbnb und das war eine unserer besten Erfahrungen bisher. Die Wohnung ist unglaublich sauber und sehr ruhig. Der Ausblick aus der Wohnung wird wirklich nie langweilig und wenn doch, ist das Internet stabil und schnell für gemütliche Filmabende. Gleich im Wohnkomplex findet man alles für den Alltag (Supermärkte, eine Mall, Cafés und einen super italienisches Restaurant). Dejan und Biljana sind die besten Gastgeber. Uns wurde ein Taxi am Flughafen organisiert und sogar zum Geburtstag gratuliert. Es wurde regelmäßig nachgefragt wie es uns geht und ob in der Wohnung alles passt. Zu guter Letzt durften wir auf Eigeninitiative Dejans/Biljanas noch 90min länger in der Wohnung bleiben, nachdem wir schrieben, dass unser Flieger erst am späten Nachmittag geht. Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb der Stadt, ein ca. 50min Spaziergang ist sehr lang und bei Hitze anstrengend. Hier sollte man sich ein (offizielles) Taxi leisten (3,50-5€). Fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibiydi. Merkezi yerdeydi. Konumu harikaydı. Ev temizdi, balkon manzarası çok güzeldi. Üsküp ziyaretlerinizde tercih edebilirsiniz. Ev sahibi ilgiliydi ve hızlı yanıt verdi. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz.

Stole harika bir ev sahibi. Tüm ihtiyaçlarınıza anında cevap verdi. Özellikle bebeğimiz ile geleceğimizi belirttiğimiz için beşik ve oyuncak getirmiş. Evin temizliği ve konumu da ayrıca güzeldi. Tavsiye ederim.

Stayed for 4 nights and loved Gabriel's place. It was very clean and made us feel comfortable and safe. The beds were comfy, the kitchen had the basic utensils for cooking, the bathroom was clean, and the balcony had a nice view of big trees between the buildings. There’s a really good bakery, Silbo, just a few streets away, and lots of cafés around for a nice morning coffee and walk! We loved the neighborhood and always felt safe. It’s about 20–25 minutes from the center, which I actually think is a plus if you’re into local culture like me. Definitely recommend!

Die Wohnung war super, von da ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Kleiner Hinweis: wer nicht ganz sicher auf den Beinen ist, könnte Probleme haben, die Wendeltreppe ohne Geländer hoch ins Schlafzimmer zu gelangen.

Bu bizim ilk Airbnb deneyimimizdi. Ve filip bu konuda bize çok yardımcı oldu. Şehir merkezine yürüyüş mesafesinde ve taksi hiç kullanmadık tekrar Üsküp‘e gelmeyi tercih edersek kesinlikle yine philip’le iletişime geçeceğiz

We had a fantastic stay at Dimitar's place. It's a beautiful and spacious apartment and was extremely clean and comfortable. Dimitar and his colleague were very helpful. The only tiny inconvenience was that the shower hook was broken but everything else was perfect. Superb value for money too. We would definitely stay again!

Excellent location and a very comfortable apartment. Elena was very responsive in answering questions and messages. Locating the apartment entrance and key instructions were good, as long as you have data to watch a video, but we thought it was very helpful. As another guest mentioned, it rained one afternoon while we were there, and it leaked into the bathroom for a few hours. We understand from the host that it is a complicated situation to fix with the city/building owner. We would stay here again.

emplacement proche du centre ville. parking privé à 5 min à pieds exiguë mais ok. appartement traversant avec une jolie vue. cuisine équipée et petit balcon de chaque côté. hôte réactive. un peu de poussière mais propreté ok. quartier agréable avec restaurant a proximité

Daire tertemiz ve iyi dizayn edilmişti. Merkeze toplu taşıma ile ulaşılabilecek mesafedeydi, dilerseniz yürüyebilirsiniz de. Çevresinde çok gürültü yoktu, hemen yanındaki pizza restoranı da oldukça kullanışlıydı. 3 kişi kaldık, boyut oldukça yeterliydi ve balkon da vardı. Araç ile gelmedik ancak garaj da bulunuyordu. Evdeki mutfak ve temizlik malzemeleri gayet yeterliydi. Dejan tüm sorularımıza hızla yanıt verdi, eşyalarımızın daireye girişten ve çıkıştan sonra da kalmasına müsaade etti. Güzel bir airbnb deneyimiydi, her şey için teşekkürler.

I stay here often and I'm always satisfied. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I definitely recommend it!
