Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Greater Skopje

I had an incredible stay at this vintage apartment in Skopje! The location is unbeatable — just a 3-minute walk to the City Mall, which made shopping and dining super convenient. Parking right in front of the house was a huge bonus, especially in a busy area like this. The apartment itself was charming, beautifully decorated with a cozy retro vibe, and spotlessly clean. The attention to detail really made it feel like a home away from home. The best part of my experience was the host, Viktor. He was amazing — friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. His hospitality truly made my trip unforgettable. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Skopje and will definitely stay here again on my next visit! Five stars all the way!

We stayed for 5 nights and 6 days. She and her husband were very helpful to us with everything. Her husband gave us advice on everything we needed, especially both about the house and in the city, and she made sure that we could see different countries. The house was very warm. The rooms were very comfortable. The environment was very calm and we never interacted with people. It took 20 minutes by walking to the center and we never had to take the bus, we always walked for sightseeing.

Quiet neighborhood with detached houses. It is 8/10 minutes by car to the center. Hot water and room temperature was very good. You can enter without shoes inside. We are very satisfied.

We had a wonderful getaway - just us and nature. The place was peaceful and exactly what we needed to disconnect The outdoor space is even better than the pictures, and we spent most of our time enjoying it. I must mention that bathroom and kitchen are brand new and super clean! And Marija is a fantastic host—very welcoming and helpful. We’d definitely come back!

We provided accommodation for 6 people as a family, a very spacious large house met our expectations, we were very comfortable, a house that can stay as a large group as a family. 10 minutes by car to the center. we experienced the restaurant next to the house and the flavors were very nice (restaurant) Thanks for everything

Our stay at Ilis Hotel wasn't just great, it was fantastic. the quietness of the surroundings was lovely. dont expect luxury but a warm home feeling house. the view itself is worth the money alone and then there's the cooking of adrijana. her home cooked meals are so good. with traditional macedonian quisines. jjust 5/5

Nenad’s place is easily one of the coolest apartments I’ve ever stayed in. It’s very nice, clean, and even though it’s in the city center, it’s surprisingly quiet. The lighting effects and the vinyl station were a really nice touch.

A beautiful large apartment in a quiet neighborhood with a lovely balcony. Bus nearby and with line 5 you can easily get to the city center around the corner from the big square. Apartment is super clean and with a snacky on the table and cool water in the fridge a welcome reception. Great place, I highly recommend.

We often travel with Airbnb and this was one of our best experiences so far. The apartment is incredibly clean and very quiet. The view from the apartment really never gets boring and if it does, the Internet is stable and fast for cozy movie nights. Right in the residential complex you will find everything for everyday life (supermarkets, a mall, cafes and a super Italian restaurant). Dejan and Biljana are the best hosts. A taxi was arranged for us at the airport and we were even congratulated on our birthday. We were regularly asked how we were doing and whether everything was okay in the apartment. Last but not least, we were allowed to stay in the apartment for another 90 minutes on Dejan's/Biljana's own initiative, after we wrote that our plane would not leave until late afternoon. The apartment is located just outside the city, an approx. 50min walk is very long and exhausting in the heat. Here you should afford an (official) taxi (€3.50-5). Thanks Biljana and Dejan!

It was as seen in the photos. It was centrally located. The location was great. The house was clean, the balcony view was very nice. You can choose it during your visits to Skopje. The host was caring and quick to respond. & Thank you for everything

Stole is a great host. He responded to all your needs instantly. Especially since we stated that we were coming with our baby, she brought a crib and toys. The cleanliness and location of the house were also nice. I recommend it.

Stayed for 4 nights and loved Gabriel's place. It was very clean and made us feel comfortable and safe. The beds were comfy, the kitchen had the basic utensils for cooking, the bathroom was clean, and the balcony had a nice view of big trees between the buildings. There’s a really good bakery, Silbo, just a few streets away, and lots of cafés around for a nice morning coffee and walk! We loved the neighborhood and always felt safe. It’s about 20–25 minutes from the center, which I actually think is a plus if you’re into local culture like me. Definitely recommend!

Excellent location and a very comfortable apartment. Elena was very responsive in answering questions and messages. Locating the apartment entrance and key instructions were good, as long as you have data to watch a video, but we thought it was very helpful. As another guest mentioned, it rained one afternoon while we were there, and it leaked into the bathroom for a few hours. We understand from the host that it is a complicated situation to fix with the city/building owner. We would stay here again.

The apartment was immaculate and well designed. It was within walking distance of the center by public transportation, you can walk if you wish. There wasn't much noise around, and the pizza restaurant right next door was also very useful. We stayed 3 people, the size was quite sufficient and there was also a balcony. We didn't come by car, but there was a garage. The kitchen and cleaning supplies in the house were quite sufficient. Dejan responded quickly to all our questions, and allowed our belongings to remain in the apartment after check-in and check-out. It was a nice Airbnb experience, thanks for everything.

Dear Suzana was a very understanding, kind and gracious host. He helped my family. The house was just like in the photos and it was very clean. We stayed safely. Co-host Sasko was also very caring and helpful. We were very pleased.
