Tiny house vacation rentals in Greater Manchester

It is indeed a tiny house but it contained everything we needed for our short stay. The garden, views and birdsong are a really welcome bonus in such a busy area. Susan is a friendly, interesting host and we enjoyed meeting her; we would be very happy to return.

We had a lovely night in the cabin, Su was flexible with check in. Cabin was lovely as was The Swan Inn, just up the road

We stayed to the hut so we could unwind and relax . It was the perfect choice . It was so peaceful hearing the rain and birds from outside.We did fired the fireplace,the hut was so warm.Loved the staying.The views were amazing.Chickens and goats were so cute and was lovey to watch them.Had everything we needed!

We had a lovely stay. Everything was clean and well-prepared for our arrival. The atmosphere was very pleasant and peaceful. We were really happy with our stay and would gladly come back again!

It’s a journey to find but well worth the effort. Stylish,calm and a beautiful location. This was a stress busting stay. The art and culture of the property was significant. Well managed and maintained. Some really lovely personal touches that made the cabin unique. Friendly and thoughtful. Seriously a great choice and great value .

My son and I stayed at Dot’s Shepherd’s Hut over half-term, and saying we loved it would be an understatement. It’s the perfect base for exploring the hills - just step outside and you’re surrounded by breathtaking scenery. We especially enjoyed the outdoor fire in the evenings, toasting s’mores under the stars. Seeing the smile on his face made it worth every penny. If you’re looking to spend real quality time with your children and get them away from screens and PlayStations, this is the place. We’ll definitely be back.

Thank you Nic and family for your hospitality and generosity! It was such a pleasure to stay here. You can really tell that the hut is furnished with so much love and attention to detail. The location & area were great too. Communication with Nic was quick and easy. Despite some awful winds and occasional downpours, I had such a great week here - unwinding, walking and chilling. The perfect birthday treat to myself! I felt so at home I could honestly live there and never wanted to leave!! Has all the amenities you could need, the comfiest bed and epic views. Amazing all round!

This place is absolutely amazing. We really enjoyed our stay it was so peaceful and the views were gorgeous especially whilst sat in the hot tub watching over the hills . I will definitely be back here . Regret not booking for longer than we did , time certainly flies when enjoying yourself.

Shepherd’s hut was a perfect little getaway, located in a beautiful peaceful area. Lovely views and the hut had everything we needed. Nic was a lovely host and very understanding when we had to leave early. Would definitely come again

Small but perfectly formed! We stayed at Emma’s tiny house for a gig at the O2 Victoria Warehouse (~30 min walk away). It was clear from when we first got there that so much thought had been put into every aspect of the accommodation; there was honestly everything you need! Emma was a wonderful host, providing loads of local recommendations and even asking which milk we’d like left in the fridge! The space was well equipped - we made use of the Bluetooth speaker, the firestick (with ALL the apps) and the hairdryer (with diffuser!!) There was absolutely everything that one would need. It’s really clear that Emma has put a lot of thought (and time, effort, and money) into creating the perfect space for guests visiting Manchester - and it has paid off! We will definitely be back there when we next have a gig in Manchester. Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing stay in the hobbit hut. On arrival Mark showed us around and offered recommendations on local amenities which were lovely. Used the hot tub for one of the days there and it was great. Parking wise, we used the car park at the bottom of the hill as the road was steep and wasn’t sure if it would clear the ground. But it’s only a short walk up and lots to see. Really peaceful and quiet.

We had a great time at 'The Hide' - it was super cosy, great location for beautiful walks and a peaceful getaway. Emi was responsive and offered flexibility where possible :) Thanks!

We had a lovely relaxing couple of nights in the Dove hut, it had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed sitting on the covered deck watching the birds in the trees, it's a really nice spot. Emi was a lovely host and responded quickly to my messages which was great. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I proposed to my now-fiancée here and the experience was nothing short of magical — all thanks to Deb and Mark. Even before I booked, they were incredibly responsive and happy to answer any questions I had. Throughout the entire process, they went above and beyond to ensure everything went perfectly on the big day. The Hobbit House itself is an absolute dream — peaceful, picturesque, and unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back!

Lovely garden studio well equipped, clean & comfortable looking out on to rear garden. Kathryn & Fred are great hosts & very welcoming. Would happily recommend & stay again

We stayed over bank holiday and had the best time. Friendly hosts, bed super comfy and this little hidden gem is private, with stunning views and all facilities up together. Highly recommend 👍👍
