Far Wicken Hall , luxury barn conversion.

CalebRating, 5 stars9 months ago
We received a very warm welcome from Fiona when we arrived, the ‘check-in’ was smooth, clear and friendly and we immediately felt at home. The house is exceptional quality, located in a beautiful spot, drivable to local villages and also well located for easy motorway access. All rooms in the house are really well appointed with plenty of space for our family, including kids. We appreciated the little touches Fiona added, such as home baked goods, jams, eggs and chocolate. The house was perfect for our long weekend in the area, and we fully recommend this house to others - we would certainly like to return again.

Spacious 2BD annex in country side

EricaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Sivesh warmly welcomed us on our arrival and introduced us to the lovely house. The house was big, warm and full of characters. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was really good. Pathma was very responsive when we had a question about Wi-Fi. They also provided a highchair and a cot for my baby, which was very accommodating. The baby watched loads of planes taking off from the kitchen window, which was new and exciting for him and definitely a plus point for us!

Another perfect stay with Beverley and David. The cottage was scrupulously clean and extremely comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay with great open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Set in tranquil surroundings it was always a pleasure to return to after a day out. Beverley and David are wonderful hosts and great communicators. We hope to return again.

Quirky Peaceful Peak District Cottage 360 view

BethRating, 5 stars1 week ago
I cannot say enough good things about Nina’s place. The cottage is absolutely beautiful and the surrounding areas and garden is stunning. Nina as a host was amazing and we couldn’t have asked for better hospitality or communication. check in and check out was so easy, and the fact that Nina told us that we could check out at our leisure on Sunday meant we could have one last slow and chilled family morning together, we we couldn’t of appreciated it more! My mum had the best time staying at the cottage with our family for her 60th and we said numerous times over the weekend that we would love to come back. Thank you Nina!

The area is beautiful, and Dave and Cath are very hospitable. The guest house is larger than we expected based on the pictures. Plenty of space for our family of four. We love the animals too!

Fairbottom View, Bank Top, Bardsley

EbukaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Beverly’s place is the most beautiful place I’ve stayed in the whole of England. What makes it so beautiful is that it’s just about 15 minutes drive into the heart of Manchester. The morning views of the horses is always good view to wake up to. The farm itself is spacious, beautiful and pristine. This isn’t the first time I’m staying in the farm and definitely wouldn’t be my last. I encourage anyone coming into Manchester that wants something lovely and away from the noise of town and also the impersonal atmosphere of regular hotel spaces to enjoy this farmhouse

The Old Farm Office at Cronkshaw Fold Farm

MarkRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We loved our stay in the old farm office. The scenery is stunning. We saw goats, owls, bats, horses, lama, kestrels and a plethora of wildlife. Lovely river walk very close to the sight. We loved the log burner and the easy access to all the things we needed. I would definitely check in again. We want to try the Shepard hut next

Birkin Farm - Spacious Farmhouse by Tatton Stays

JeremyRating, 5 stars50 months ago
We had a very enjoyable stay. The house is a lovely traditional farmhouse, with lots of space and comfy beds and sofas. We also enjoyed the outdoor space, with lots of room for the kids to play (great rope swing!) and for the dog to run around. We’d definitely book again when we’re next in the area.

We had a wonderful weekend at Julia’s place. A lodge annexed to the farmhouse but with own space and privacy. A beautiful vista welcomed us each morning. The lodge had everything required and more. A lovely welcome basket was a nice touch. We shall return. Thank you again .

Booth Farm: A home from home in the Peak District

CarolRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Booth Farm was a beautiful farm house surrounded by wonderful scenery. It is part of a small cluster of houses and farm buildings a short drive from the small town of Hayfield. The farm house is beautifully presented with a bathroom for each of the double bedrooms. The kitchen diner was a great space for chatting, preparing food and eating. The beds were a little firm for my old bones, and we all had a little trouble setting the temperature in the showers but I would say we all enjoyed our stay greatly and I would recommend both the farm house and Duncan.

Hikers Dream - Panoramic Views - Marsden

Thomas BenjaminRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Liza was a fantastic host who was on hand for any questions we had throughout the booking. The home was as described and a great spot just outside Marsden. The track to the property requires careful driving as parts were off-road. This was however explained to us beforehand by Liza prior to staying.

Cottage with garden now booking Summer / Autumn.

JudithRating, 5 stars3 months ago
My friend and I had 3 lovely days at Chew Cottage. It’s in a beautiful area, with local pubs and fabulous walking. The house is quirky and as described. Lovely little garden and house was very cosy. Jeanne was pro-active in responding to a problem with the Tv signal, arranging for the aerial to be repaired the next morning. As an Airbnb host myself, I appreciated the facilities and good communication. Lots of free on street parking nearby I .e. Just across the road.

In no way do I mean to be redundant, but this is the BEST Airbnb we’ve stayed at and Cliff has got to be one of the most down to earth, easy going chaps I’ve ever met. Friendly and great sense of humor. He’s blessed and has a grateful heart. Definitely recommend staying here!

Rough Bank Barn

RosemaryRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The house was spacious with plenty of room for 9 adults and 3 children celebrating a 40th and a 70th birthday. It was comfy and clean and had the most beautiful views. On clear days we could see hills and fields for miles into the distance, with especially beautiful sunsets. The ages of the party ranged from 15 months to 72 years old and we made good use of the hot tub and the barbecue room as it was unseasonably cool while we were there. There were lovely walks directly from the house. It was easy to get into Newhey for the Londis, and Rochdale a bit further away, but easily reached on the tram, or by car. The host, Ruth, was great - replying very quickly to text messages and being very understanding when there was an accident with one of the ornaments, and again when we needed to check out a bit later for a late flight to Germany for the family with the 15 month old. I would highly recommend Rough Bank Barn - as the 5 year-old said - best airbnb ever!

Peak District Haven: 7 Guests, Dogs & EV Charger

RadoslawRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Clean and tidy. We were 2 families with kids and was plenty enough space for all. Extra toiled at ground floor is definitely handy. There even was Xbox and PlayStation for evening FIFA sessions:). Modern design and equipment including some smart house features. Location wise was perfect for everything we had planned in Peak District. Overall great place and highly recommended. Thank You!

Luxury Rural Retreat, Outstanding Views

DebbieRating, 5 stars5 months ago
We live in Australia and wanted a place close to our family to spend Xmas with. We stayed at Cliffs place for a month. It was absolutely beautiful. I was worried we’d find the large open space too cold for us Aussies but with the under floor heating it was always so comfortable. We had been dreaming of a roaring fire surrounded by snow and stunning views and that’s what we got. Cliff was always available for any questions and help and very friendly giving advice of local country walks and places to eat. I couldn’t recommend high enough we will definitely be back. Thanks Cliff and Caroline for the amazing stay. From the Parker’s.
