this place was exactly what we were looking for for our little family weekend away in Tampa. everything was exactly as pictured and clean. the bed was very comfortable which is a bonus. the neighborhood was safe and quiet.

Will and Grasen’s place was perfect for our week long stay. Close to attractions, parks, restaurants etc. Extremely comfortably bed, nice bathroom. Nice living room area for relaxing. The kitchen area is cozy with a mini fridge, this was fine for my husband and I as we had planned on eating out a lot and didn’t need a ton of fridge space. We loved that they had extra toilet trees in case we forgot something. And we also liked that they had extra beach towels! Overall it was a really nice stay and we would book here again.

This was an ideal vacation I was looking for. From the location, to the clean interior of the room, the privacy, the peacefulness and quiet. It was 10/10. I enjoyed my time and hope to get them again.

Bob and Liz have created the ideal space for the traveling doc! I work the night shift and the unit is very quiet and conducive to sleeping during the day. They were so concerned about providing a quiet space that their regular guests offered to book their stay at another time! I will certainly look to stay anytime I’m in Tampa.

Oytum is a great host, during the process from me trying to book to the point of trying to extend my stay he has been very responsive. The place was everything that was listed, it’s a small space enough for about two people everything was clean & cozy ready for my husband & I. I would definitely recommend Oytum as a host & his place anytime ! It was very affordable as well.

100% recommend. Exactly as pictured and a great deal for the area. Only notes- the shower is very small. I was fine, but if you are more plus sized, it might be a concern. The weekend was great, but the train was real loud at 6am on Monday morning. Not sure if that’s a scheduled train or we just got lucky over the weekend. Overall it was a great stay. Super close to the soccer fields we were in town for!

Great and recently renovated place. I felt really comfy. A big plus is that it has modern air conditioners, which are quiet!

Yoels place was very cute. I loved staying here and the shower was incredible!

I stayed at Edgar and Oriana’s place for two weeks and absolutely loved it. The Airbnb is in a fantastic location; close to restaurants, the mall, shopping centers, and the airport. Edgar was an exceptional host: incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay. I highly recommend this place!

Perfect place to stay to visit the parks! Yigsys is the best host ever. She went above and beyond to retrieve an item we left behind! Highly recommend 👌

The location was close to everything so that was very convenient. It was not hard to find so that was nice because I always get lost for some reason. The place itself is very clean and well kept reminds me of the tiny homes we’ve stayed in in the past, nothing bad to say about this place.

Peter's home was perfect for the 2 of us and our pet. Very clean, a peaceful, quiet neighborhood in a nice area. Close to downtown and the West Shore area. Peter had good coffees awaiting us, and good amenities for the stay. the bed was very comfortable. A great place to stay in Tampa.

The space was quiet and welcoming. The room was clean and filled with everything I needed fit my stay. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to find. Will stay again!

Absolutely loved our stay! The host was incredibly kind and welcoming. She went above and beyond by sharing great local spots and tips about the city, which really made a difference in our experience. The place itself was spacious and perfect for the two of us. The bathroom was modern, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The amenities throughout were thoughtful and high-quality, and the location couldn’t have been better. Close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. Would 100% stay here again!

Great little piece of pleasure and affordable! John and Abbey were more than accommodating for our needs and made every attempt possible to make us feel at home! Absolutely loved our stay in the West Wing! Description was accurate, room was spacious, bed was comfortable, pool was a great amenity, neighborhood was quiet and the room felt very private and tucked away. Location was only about 10 minutes from the beach and many great restaurants etc. We would stay again

Me and my friend loved staying here!! It was super clean and put together!! It was close to lots of fun places, including the MidFlorida Ampitheatre, which made it super easy to get back to the bnb after our concert. Thank you for having us! :)

Great place to stay!!!

The very private two (2) bedroom guest suite with one bath & TVs in each room was exactly as shown. Very clean, attractive and comfortable. Similar to interior hotel rooms with no living room but had a hallway, mini kitchen, coffee island and car parking in the garage. Mini fridge located in one bedroom with full size fridge and washer & dryer in garage. Overall, a very good fit for our needs with short 1 mile drive to get on 275 to our visiting destinations. Would rent again.

Clean place literally everything you need for a stay is there already. Bedroom ac lacking in power but the dinning room one makes up for it.

I use her accommodations while in transit to the Dominican Republic. My only regret, Is that I did not have enough time to fully enjoy the awesome accommodations. If ever, I returned to the St. Petersburg’s area I hope her accommodations are available.
