Toda la estancia dispone de amplias vistas a la ría de Urdaibai, donde podréis observar la naturaleza desde dentro del hogar. Para disfrutar de vuestra estancia, la habitación da salida a un espacio con vistas al mar equipado con cocina, comedor y un salón que invita al descanso. El espectacular ventanal del salón cuenta con un toldo extensible que lo protege los días de mucho sol. El jardín, teniendo de base las plantas y árboles autóctonos de la marisma de Urdaibai, sigue un paisajismo adaptado a la orografía del terreno.
