Ours is a quirky home, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a lounge (with wood burner)and kitchen diner. The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.

Set in the heart of the Norfolk Broads, Quince Cottage is a perfect retreat for nature lovers and family groups alike. Surrounded by open countryside, the converted barn has open beams, exposed brickwork and log burning stove. It is fully equipped with all modern amenities including a newly fitted kitchen. The living/dining room has French doors that open out onto a private enclosed garden with patio and summer house with bar and bbq. There is parking for 2 cars.
