Snug, welcoming Guest House in Comberton

Hazelnut Studio is a pretty, one bed guest house located in the garden of a Grade II listed cottage. It is situated 5 miles away from the historic university city of Cambridge, which is easy to reach by car, bus or bike via a good cycle route. There is free on-street parking next to the studio. The guest house itself has a modern feel with a new bathroom, a table and chairs and a new, comfy queen-sized bed. You will also have access to a patio with an outdoor dining area and a pretty garden.

Set in the historic village of Babraham, The Garden Annex is a tranquil, self-contained and spatious double room with TV, WiFi, microwave, kettle, mini-fridge and new, uniquely designed en-suite shower room complete with Japanese-style bidet toilet. It has its own gate and pretty, secluded garden area and patio for morning coffee with the birds. With free (on road) parking and good food at the village pub, it's perfect for exploring nearby Cambridge or Duxford Air Show accommodation.

The Bakehouse: former bakery in idyllic village

The Bakehouse is a totally self contained, newly renovated characterful detached annex to the left of our house. We also have "The Cob" and "The Barn", each suitable for 2 adults. Situated in a quiet position overlooking historic Thriplow's village green. Just a minute's walk and you reach the award winning community run gastro pub or well stocked village shop. Only 8 miles from the city of Cambridge, so perfect for anyone visiting or working in Cambridge or the surrounding area.

Comfortable fully equipped converted barn ideally located close to Cambridge in the village of Whittlesford which has a mainline railway station (Cambridge from 9 mins, London from 60 mins). It is 5 minutes drive to Duxford Imperial War Museum, 10 minute drive to Trumpington Park and Ride to visit Cambridge, 15 minutes to Addenbrookes Hospital 15 minute drive to Saffron Walden (Audley End House and gardens) and 22 miles to Stansted airport.

Cosy self contained annex

A newly built, small but practical, self contained annex adjoined to the side of the main house by the side and from the ceiling. It has it's own entrance for privacy and a key safe that allows guests to let themselves in. It's an ideal place for a short term stay and offers good value in a very expensive city. It has a small kitchen area with microwave, toaster, mini fridge and kettle. The annex also has a desk work space and a shower.

Clock Cottage is a handsome Grade 2 listed detached brick and flint cottage in a desirable and sought after convenient location.
