Our Mirror Houses are located in a remote area of a family-run farm near the Oxfordshire village of Kirtlington. They are hidden away in woodland in the grounds of the Kirtlington Park Polo Club, next to a Capability Brown-designed lake. Surrounded by stunning landscape and reflecting the trees and nature around them, the Mirror Houses offer a peaceful and idyllic retreat from city life. Ackleton comes with its own private wood fired hot tub as well as an outdoor bath for ultimate relaxation.

The Garden Flat, Victorian House

A private flat within a large Victorian house, built 1894 for the Wolverton Works Manager. In walking distance to the station, the train offers stops to CMK and London. Access to the Garden Flat is via the original back lane Trades Entrance. This self-contained flat - once scullery and gardener's rest - now offers a bed-sitting room, separate kitchen-dining, private bathroom, dressing area and laundry room. The flat also provides desk space for work and a patio space which is yours alone.

The Carriage House, Haversham

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Stay in the Carriage House to enjoy the garden and relax in the spacious interior whether for work, a romantic break or R&R. This stone barn was renovated in 2012 by the owners, retaining the character of the original building, whilst installing underfloor heating, an air source heat pump, a fabulous kitchen, oak windows, doors and staircase and a beautiful bedroom. The location is rural and secluded in a small village close to Milton Keynes.
