It contains a king bed, chair & work desk; kitchen with fridge, sink, hob and microwave and all necessary crockery and utensils etc; wardrobe, drawers; bathroom with good size shower; wifi TV and USB sockets; its own central heating and hot water systems and modern decor. Towels, tea-towels, soap, washing up liquid and bed linen provided along with some basic food items such as salt/pepper, teabags, coffee, sugar, squash, etc

We are a great central spot for visits to London and Oxford and have some lovely attractions within 20mins of us including Waddesdon Manor, Bletchley Park and Whipsnade Zoo. *Outside Sauna and copper bath coming Jan 2025*

THE SPACE IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR 2 ADULTS & 2 CHILDREN AGE 12 AND UNDER A HOT TUB SPA AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND. If I have late availability, I will reduce the rate a week before. The pool will close at the end of September 26 THE POOL WILL BE HEATED IN JUNE, JULY & AUGUST, IT WILL NOT BE HEATED IN MAY & SEPTEMBER

With a selection of farm shops, 2 local public houses and the renowned Horwood House close by and only a 40 minute drive to Silverstone race track, there is plenty to enjoy locally.

Converted stables, set within a private garden, and situated in a very quiet, pretty hamlet. Perfect location for Addington Equestrian Centre (walking distance), Silverstone Race Circuit, Stowe, Waddesdon Manor, Claydon House and Bletchley Park. Just a 15 minute drive to Steeple Claydon, and within easy reach of Bicester Village Shopping Outlet and Milton Keynes. Good Wifi speed (80mbps). Free parking on drive (sorry, no horse boxes).
