Oak Barn is a luxurious barn conversion with gardens, surrounded by fields on the edge of Lower Peover near Knutsford, Cheshire. The tranquil space sleeps a couple or family comfortably in a large bedroom with shower room and a fully equipped kitchen. Two pubs and a well stocked village shop are within walking distance and the historic town of Knutsford is a 10 minute drive away. A hamper of breakfast bits is provided incl. eggs, bacon, muesli, bread etc - vegan options available on request.

Fieldview Cottage is a charming 100 year old cottage in Comberbach village, a lovely semi-rural location surrounded by countryside and yet well connected, 4 miles from junction 10 on the M56, 35 mins to Chester and 30 mins to Manchester airport. The local pub is a 5 mins walk and serves great food. Popular Marbury Park is close by. The village has a post office offering local essentials. The Hollies Farm shop is close by and is a great local shop to stock up on all fresh groceries.

Close to Arley Hall and Gardens, home of Peaky Blinders ,and the market town of Knutsford and Tatton Park, known for its annual flower show and various other events. The village of Stockton Heath with its shops,bars and restaurants is only 2 miles away. Within walking distance are 2 pubs and a hotel.

Magnolia Cottage

Magnolia Cottage is a ground floor self catering, self contained annex to our home. It is a one bedroomed property located in Acton Bridge, a small, picturesque village on the south side of the River Weaver in Cheshire. The property sleeps two people, however a travel cot can be provided if requested when booking. A portable high chair is also available. There is an enclosed patio area at the front of the cottage with outdoor dining. One dog is welcome at the property.

The Barn at Pear Tree Farm is an excellent location for a quiet and relaxing time that is just over a mile from the motorway (M56) and yet in the middle of nowhere. There is a quality golf course just across the road, lovely open countryside for walks, cycle riding and great food from pub grub to fine dining nearby. Free parking in front of the property. The cabin boasts a generously sized master bedroom featuring a king sized sleigh bed, with the second room furnished with wooden bunk beds. With substantial garden space to the rear of the property, we welcome guests to enjoy this rural retreat with a BBQ on the patio.

This lovely little house with dedicated parking is located a ten minute walk from the attractive centre of Knutsford with its numerous bars and restaurants, Tatton Park national trust property and Knutsford mainline railway station. Many event venues are within a short distance , as is junction 19 of the M6. Manchester airport is a 25min drive away. Many of our quests have described the little house as ‘sparkling clean, quirky, comfortable and well designed’.
