My quiet space

The accommodation was exactly as described. It was a very quiet area with easy parking. The flat was pristine and the kitchen very well equipped. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again if we return to Ipswich.

Stable Cottage

NicolaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
My mum and I recently stayed at Jo’s beautiful ‘Stable Cottage’. Jo was incredibly thoughtful, responsive and went above and beyond, even helping us with our luggage when she knew we’d had a long drive and my mum had been unwell. Stable Cottage is even better than the photos. The location is so peaceful, the garden a real oasis of calm. . The whole cottage was so cosy and welcoming. The Bedrooms tastefully decorated with comfy mattresses that encouraged a good night’s rest. The sunsets in the field over the front of the property were magical. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here.

Characterful barn nestled in Suffolk countryside

SophieRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
This property was exactly what I wanted for a relaxing few days. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and clean, warm, comfortable accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to eat, cook or even bake. Table is ample size for 6 people to eat and socialize over. The living room area has large, comfortable sofas which are, again, ample for 6 people staying. Tv and WiFi are provided tho we didn’t use the TV, the WiFi good enough for my husband to get his work done. The bathroom was perfect. Clean and fresh with good water pressure and a high shower head (very important when hubby is 6ft4) the clawfoot bath was glorious! If you like deep baths with a book and some vino make sure you pack your bubble bath. Towels were all spotlessly clean, fresh and soft. The bedrooms were all great size with good storage. Beds were comfortable and fresh so we all slept well here. The boot room with dog bath/shower was a bonus for us and our 2 small dogs. Wonderful ! We will be back xxx

Unique 5BD Farm House Perfect for Relaxing

RachelRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We stayed for a long weekend, 3 generations celebrating a special birthday. From the moment we arrived, we felt comfortable and at home. We were very pleased with everything, even down to the little touches like the basket of towels by the back door for the hot tub. Whilst staying we had a couple of questions, that I messaged Veronica about and she came back instantly. The garden centre and cafe next door is a lovely addition to your stay with very friendly and helpful staff. The kitchen was very well equipped for catering for 12 people and adequate garden furniture to enjoy the lovely garden and hot tub, which was a bonus in the sunshine. We will definitely be back at some point
An inviting living area features a brick fireplace as a focal point, complemented by wooden beams overhead. Two couches, one in a warm red and the other in a neutral brown, provide comfortable seating. A wooden coffee table and a television are positioned, enhancing the cozy atmosphere.

Hearts Cottage

JoRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Had a great stay in this sweet little cottage in the picturesque town of Needham Market. Nice sunny garden, and pretty quiet (though the main railway line runs not far away). You can park on the road outside. There are some interesting charity and antique shops in town: I bought an almost new Ted Baker shirt for £2. Easy access to lovely countryside, and about a half hour drive to Woodbridge, which is full of nice restaurants and pubs. The coast is about 40 mins away, with miles and miles of shingly beach. Would stay again, if in the area.
