Garden Annex
Recently modernised to a high standard, an entire building in a wonderful position for exploring the great local forest, villages, pre-historic monuments and canal walks. We are in an AONB on the edge of the Savernake Forest home to hundreds of veteran oaks and dozens of named trees along its many miles of special walks. The Kennet and Avon Canal offers great opportunity for walking and is part of the National Cycle Network. The market towns of Marlborough and Hungerford are 10 minutes away.

Little Lodge
Little Lodge is a comfortable self contained small house, perfect for a relaxing leisure break or for working away from home. Upstairs it has a large bedroom with en-suite bathroom and king size bed. Downstairs; a sitting room, kitchen, cloakroom and entrance hall . Outside is an outdoor garden dining area and dedicated parking space. Situated in a picturesque rural valley it is walking distance to the pretty village of Great Bedwyn (train station, post office/bakery, village shop and pub.)

Swallows' Nest is a 2 bedroom stable/barn conversion. It is situated in the heart of a working farm in the beautiful village of Wilton near Marlborough. The Cottage is sat in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty where the Pewsey Vale meets the North Wessex Downs. The farm is criss - crossed with footpaths, bridleways and open grass pastures so hiking, running, riding and picnicking are easy to come by, as well as home to Ponies, pigs, alpacas, emus and other farmyard animals.

We have a friendly village pub which has a large and varied menu and a village shop which serves delicious fresh coffee and pastries. The Annexe is a comfortable twin-bedded studio set in our 2 acre garden which has far reaching views over the surrounding countryside. There are great walks and cycle rides from our front door.
