Recently modernised to a high standard, an entire building in a wonderful position for exploring the great local forest, villages, pre-historic monuments and canal walks. We are in an AONB on the edge of the Savernake Forest home to hundreds of veteran oaks and dozens of named trees along its many miles of special walks. The Kennet and Avon Canal offers great opportunity for walking and is part of the National Cycle Network. The market towns of Marlborough and Hungerford are 10 minutes away.

A newly built, light and airy detached en-suite room above a double garage, with its own private entrance, in the grounds of our period thatched cottage. In a charming village, and our own one acre mature garden, the room has its own private elevated deck with a table and chairs. There is also access to the garden and other seating areas and summer house. There is a super delicatessen close by. There are 2 pubs approx 10 min walk, and another in next village about 2 miles away.

The Annexe at the Coppice - Self contained

Shalbourne is a beautiful village about 3 miles from Hungerford and 8 miles from Marlborough and in an area of outstanding natural beauty. We have a friendly village pub which has a large and varied menu and a village shop which serves delicious fresh coffee and pastries. The Annexe is a comfortable twin-bedded studio set in our 2 acre garden which has far reaching views over the surrounding countryside. There are great walks and cycle rides from our front door.
