House located on our 6000 m2 property on the heights of Trets. We live there, but the terrace and part of the garden are private and not overlooked. Very quiet environment, surrounded by greenery. In the garden, shared access with a second house: sports and play areas (pétanque, basketball, soccer, zip line, trampoline, swing, playhouse, CrossFit). Fiber connection. Accommodating up to 2 adults + 2 children maximum, the Cabanon de Josette has a terrace with 3-seater Jacuzzi and access to a private hill overlooking Sainte Victoire.
