Ein wirklich sehr schönes, ruhiges Airbnb mit wundervoller Aussicht. Der Blick auf den See ist ein Traum. Es ist allerdings unbedingt ratsam sich vor der Fahrt zur Unterkunft ausreichend mit Lebensmitteln einzudecken, da es sehr abgelegen liegt. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung für jeden der eine kurze Auszeit in der Natur wünscht.

Enjoyed my stay! Jovana organised her dad to pick me up which was very nice of them! Great views, clean and well equipped only thing is like much of budva its up a very steep hill so anyone with reduced mobility would struggle

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt bei Danijela! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt. Danijela war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Die Lage ist ideal, und alles war genau wie beschrieben. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Jovica and his family's house has an amazing location and an amazing pleasure area. We made the right choice to stay here. It was a wonderful experience to be by the sea. Everything was spotlessly clean and very attentive. Jovica and his family welcomed us very warmly, helped us a lot and made us feel at home. We had rented a car but it was great to have a meat and fish restaurant right behind the house and a restaurant with delicious shellfish just a short walk away! There is also a small market within walking distance of the house for basic needs. It was a wonderful experience to enjoy the sea during the day, the stars at night and the beauty of Kotor Bay. We were very happy with our choice of place! A great villa with a spacious enclosed property, a large pool, and a sauna. The big and beautiful living room on the ground floor was perfect. The ping-pong table and table football were a pleasant surprise. Ideal for a large group. A car is a must. Two great beaches – Ploče and Jaz – are just a few minutes away by car. The hosts are very friendly and always available. Alla and Denis, thank you – we’ll definitely be back!

Bizi gayet güzel karşılayarak ilk başta evimizi gösterdi evimizin bahçesi temizliği son derece iyi ve güzel düşünülmüştü. Türkiyeden geldiğimiz için bize türk kahvesi bile almıştı. Kendimizi evimizdeymişiz gibi hissettik. Sadece kendi başımıza eve giderken ilk başta çok zorlandık. Ev sahibimizin dediği gibi konum tam olarak eve doğru götürmedi. Gayet güler yüzlü bir ev sahibiydi. Kendisini ve misafirperverliğini çok sevdik ❤️

Wszystko zgodne z opisem i ze zdjęciami. Bardzo miłi i pomocni właściciele. Apartament z pięknym widokiem na góry, był wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty, jeżeli czegoś potrzebowaliśmy właściciele byli do dyspozycji. W pobliżu markety i piekarnia , 10 minut od mieszkania dwie piękne plaże. Idealne miejsce jeżeli ktoś ma samochód. Serdecznie polecam.

Harika bir konaklama deneyimiydi, Evin konumu ve manzarası mükemmel. Evin önünde sizin icin ayrılmış özel otoparka araçınızı park edebilirsiniz. Tüm plajlara ve görülmesi gereken noktalara yürüyerek ulaşmak mümkün. Ev sahibi karşılamada çok yardımcı oldu. Bir günlük konaklama gerçekleştirdik fakat evin temizliği ve her şey kusursuzdu. Ertesi gün için planımızı değiştirip sveti stefanın muhteşem plajlarında yüzmek istedik evden çıkmamız gerektiği icin ev sahibine araçın otoparkta kalması için sorduk ve dilediğiniz kadar kalabilir cevabını aldık. Kendisine çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Konaklamanız için şiddetle tavsiye ederiz. Tekrar geldiğimizde kesinlikle Vesna nın evini rezerve etmeye çalışacağız. Görüşmek üzere

Just amazing! Finished our week in the beautiful Montenegro with 2 nights at this incredible apartment, the view/setting is STUNNING! The apartment is the perfect location, in a quieter area, gorgeous view of the Bay but great to get to nearby towns such as Perast, Risan or to the Cable Car. Kotor Old Town is about an hour's walk or a 7 minute drive - if you go at the right time..It's more like 15-20 minutes when traffic is bad. There are some fantastic restaurants all within a 10-30 minute walk from the apartment, along the waterfront which are great value. Damir was so helpful, really friendly, extremely responsive and gave some fab recommendations! You don't necessarily need a car but I'd personally recommend one, driving is easy, parking is right outside the apartment and Damir gave very helpful information on parking in Kotor Old Town. There is lots of space within the apartment and all amenities that you need, a bakery and shop within a 7-10 minute walk from the apartment.

Would highly recommend staying here. The hosts are very responsive, the place has a breath taking view and very tidy inside. The hosts give a fair warning about the stairs if you have big luggage - and are very thoughtful with letting visitors know. The location is central and easy to get everywhere in the area.

The host is truly amazing. If you’re planning to visit Montenegro, there’s no need to make a detailed plan—before you even enter the house, the host has already thought of everything and provides all the information via message. For us, he was more like a guide than just a host. We stayed with our family, and the house has everything you need—portable internet, a Netflix subscription, swimming equipment, and more. By the way, there’s no parking problem either.

Great flat, recommend Zeljko's place. We enjoyed our short stay, got to enjoy the swimming pool with a view and it is walkable distance from old kotor!

This was the best accommodation I’ve stayed at in Montenegro and one of the best overall. The apartment is absolutely perfect: exceptionally clean, nicely designed, equipped with modern appliances, and has a convenient layout. Communication with the owner was also pleasant. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Montenegro.

Tertemiz bir konaklama ve güzel bir tatil deneyimi sundular. Özellikle ön geniş balkon çok kullanışlıydı zamanınızın büyük çoğunluğunu balkonda geçirdik diyebiliriz.

Bayıldık mükemmel bir yer daire çok çok temizdi ve eşyalar son derece yeniydi Manzara şahane sessiz huzurlu.. Ev sahipleri çok nazik merak ettiğimiz herşeyi nazikçe yanıtlayıp bize çok yardımcı oldular. Fotoğraflardan daha da güzel diyebilirim

It's very difficult to put our experience with Irene and the SPECTACULAR PENTHOUSE in a few sentences! I've been to many airbnb's and I have never experienced the personal treatment that I received from Irena. Irena responded to every communication immediately and she only wanted to share her love with the Kotor. Irena made every aspect of our time spent there wonderful. It started with meeting us upon check-in as we are active Seniors and she and her husband wanted to help us with our luggage. Who does that? And we happened to get a flat tire before coming to the airbnb and Irena and her husband went totally out of their way to meet us at a service station to make certain we were able to get the tire we needed for our car! If that doesn't blow your mind, the Penthouse will! My husband and I had every breakfast and most dinners on the terrace. We couldn't pull ourselves away-the view and sunsets were spectacular! And the pool was a terrific area to to chill at the end of the day.

Great apartment with a beautiful view! Popular destinations are within easy walking distance, as well as supermarkets and a shopping center. We had a great time in Kotor at this apartment.

We had a nice stay. Luka was very helpful, even when the crazy grumpy didn’t let us to park in the public parking, he offered that he’d come and talk with her. But we found another parking spot, bc we didn’t want any problem with the crazy woman. The apartment was clean, nice location

We’ve been travelling the Adriatic coastline for 6 weeks and our stay at Igor’s place in Herceg Novi was the highlight of our trip. The apartment is so cute. Roomy and functional. it’s also spotlessly clean. The location is awesome and the view from the balcony is impressive. Everything was perfect. Can’t wait to return.
