Vacation rentals with breakfast in Grbalj

The place was spotless clean, and Dragan vas very helpful, I actually forgot my make up bag on check out and he contacted me shortly to notify me that i should come back for it, for which I am very grateful

The hosts were outstanding from the moment of arrival, making always the most to make you feel at home and to enjoy your staying. We were received with an warm welcome of some fruits and sweets from their produce, followed by a short tour on the surroundings of their field and a little tasting of their liquors in the wine cellar. The farm is just wonderful and a truly ecological example. The local breakfast and dinner were a delight.

We were 4 people staying for 2 nights and we had a great time. We as guests had issues with our timing and arrived a bit late for check-in but our host had full understanding and was willing to be flexible. The house was amazing and had everything we needed, the environment was beautiful and we had a nice view while using the grill for our barbecue. Would 10/10 recommend this place for anyone visiting Montenegro.

We stayed here for two nights as a family of five and I wish we could have stayed longer. There was plenty of space in our apartment and everyone slept very well. The outside area was incredible. Beautiful pool, hot tub, and the kids loved the grass area with the trampoline. Beautiful view of the bay. We ate breakfast here one morning and it was delicious. Location was an easy drive to old town. Parking can be difficult near old town, so go early. It was much easier staying here with all of our luggage than having a place within the old town walls. The apartment itself was clean, but a little dated. We didn’t bother us. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and had local recommendations for a boat, cruise and other things to do. We would love to stay here again, and I would absolutely recommend this location.

It was a very valuable stay for us! We were warmly received by the host. The house is located in a unique place with beautiful view. Everything as described. Clean. Excellent water quality, clean air. Our honest recommendations.

The fantastic nature of mountain Orjen and its Nature Park is the greatest treasure. Tonka's house is perfectly situated, with several routes available and easy to start from Vrbanj. We had a memorable stay and Tonka provided valuable information and recommendations for the surrounding area. One day, we reached the top of Orjen mountain, standing at 1894m above sea level, the highest peak in the Sub-Adriatic Dinarides. The view was OMG! I can't express enough how beautiful our day was - encountering cows, sheep, goats as we walked, and even a few rabbits running in the wood. It was truly superb! Upon our return to Vrbanj, dinner awaited us with homemade food, just accross the house in a family restaurant, 1000m above sea level. I would highly recomend this place to all nature lovers, mountain enthusiasts, food connoisseurs, animal lovers (there are few sweet cats by the house) and all other lovers :)! A lovely place to stay. We were able to have our dinners and breakfasts at the villa, with good food cooked by the hosts (and home made alcohol too!). If you want to do a boat trip on Lake Skadar, speak to Dragan as he organized that for us with a local friendly guide. We had initially looked to stay in Virpazar and were glad we chose this place instead, it was nice being more on the outskirts of the town.

Central location. Convenient to everywhere in the town.

It's a great apartment, we particularly loved the balcony area and the location. it's far enough away from the town to be more chilled, but close enough to walk in. it's also right by the water, so easy to find a jetty to swim from and sunbathe on!

Excellent apartment. Perfect location for visit to Kotor. Slobodanka and Sam are probably the beat hosts we had so far. Thank you and hope to see you soon.

We had a great stay here and Djuro was a wonderfully helpful host. The view is beautiful and watching the sunset over the lake was lovely. Definitely ask Djuro for a boat trip, you won't regret it! The train station is just a short distance away which was great for us, as we didn't have a car. Definitely recommend this place!!

Comfortable and cozy apartment, has everything you need for living, perfect cleanliness and order. Hospitable, punctual hosts, were always in touch. The owner was understanding and allowed us to move into the apartment before the specified time and leave a little later when checking out. We were a little tired of going up and down from the apartment to the sea, but thanks to this we did not gain extra weight on vacation :)

My boyfriend and I stayed at Petar's "old house" for 4 days. The house is located in the ancient royal capital of Montenegro, a very nice town that I recommend to visit. Petar was a really excellent host, kind and helpful, he showed us the house, he recommended us places to visit, he was always available for any needs. I highly recommend a stay at his accommodation!

very nice apartment and friendly staff, offered dinner and had lovely dogs. the black lab was my favorite but wiener dog was so cute and friendly! this is a ten out of ten for experience and hospitality. a little hard to get to if your car isn’t made for poor road conditions though

We had a fantastic couple of nights staying on Marko’s estate. Marko is a great host and really makes an effort to make you feel welcome. We had a great breakfast on the terrace and also had the opportunity to sample some of Marko’s wines. The rooms are great and the apartment is perfectly located. Highly recommended and would definitely stay there again. Thanks again Marko for your great hospitality.

We had an excellent stay in the beautiful house and premises of Villa Principium. The hosts were very welcoming and treated us to tasty home-cooked breakfast every morning. All in all a very enjoyable experience, that we would recommend to all.

Amazing place with great attention to detail. The room was very clean, and the property was incredibly well-maintained. Andjela was attentive and responded quickly, and her brother helped us with everything at the villa. There were a few minor issues, but I'm sure they will be taken care of. Thank you!
