In a green setting, in absolute tranquility and by the river, a renovated old farmhouse with 4 bedrooms, each with a bathroom/shower and toilet. Numerous activities within 15 km (Lake Valletta, Himalayan footbridge, Via Fluvia, markets...). Mushroom hikes all around the house for any level. Possibility of fishing on our 1-hectare property, chickens and eggs, donkeys. The accommodation is adjacent to ours, but the stone walls provide very good insulation.

The apartment (95 m2), ideal for a family, renovated in the colors of Le Corbusier, incorporates characteristic elements of the time. A perfect base to discover the region: Saint-Etienne (10 min), Puy-en-Velay (45 min) and Lyon (1 hr).

Located in a green setting close to the longest Himalayan footbridge in France, the magnificent Château de Carry and the magnificent Sucs Yssingelais, Mont Mezenc and Le Lizieux!
