The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

In a typical 1750 building, in the heart of Old Lyon, a 5-minute walk from the Funicular, metro and Place Bellecour, close to all the restaurants and bars of Old Lyon, on the 1st floor without elevator, come and discover this large 35 m2 studio composed of an entrance, a large living area with living room, a dining area, a fitted and equipped kitchen and a sleeping area, a bathroom with shower, two sinks and toilet. The apartment overlooks the quiet courtyard.

Studio in Perrache/Carnot neighborhood

I offer a fully equipped studio (22 m2) on the Presqu'île de Lyon. You'll appreciate it for its location in the city center, close to restaurants, and nightlife. It is a two-minute walk to Perrache SNCF train station, metro and tram. My place is good for solo travelers. I would like to point out to people with reduced mobility that the building's elevator is on the ground floor after 4 steps.
