Lovely big space as described.Perfect location for exploring all that Rochester has to offer, with free parking on the street outside. Short walk to the Castle, Cathedral and places to eat and drink.Very friendly and most helpful hosts.

Robert was a great host and quick to fix any minor issues. Super house in a quiet area. I was working in the area but if you are a bird watcher there is lots to do. The local pub was very welcoming too. The loo is downstairs which may worry some but was fine with us. The garden was dog friendly as it was fully enclosed. The decor is super stylish.

Eugenie’s house was absolutely beautiful. It really is vintage heaven & the beds were very comfortable. The neighbourhood was peaceful with great transport links. I would definitely stay there again!

An excellent place to stay in a great location with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby and a very short walk to Kew Gardens and Kew Gardens train station. Enjoyed the outdoor terrace and large living/dining room area. Highly recommended.

Having stayed at The Nook before , I was delighted to secure another visit . Donatella and Dan are exceptional hosts . Responsive and incredibly hospitable . The Nook was as idyllic and private as I remembered it . Flooded with light , extremely comfortable and finished to a very high standard. I highly recommend a Nook stay , it’s a real sanctuary. Beautiful accommodation in perfect location. Fab facilities and lovely seaside interior to make it feel better than a boutique hotel. Perfect for a couple and more spacious than the photos show. Perfect location for coastal walks, fantastic coffee shops, restaurants and lovely shops.

Really nice a peaceful escape, everything you need all in one place. The swimming pool is alot bigger then the photos make out and the hottub was perfect to relax. Will defo return

This is a fabulous Airbnb, clean, comfortable and stylishly done. The pool area is beautiful and I have my eye on the cabana for a future stay. We loved the private courtyard and the friendly duck...the hot tub was a bonus. We didn’t have a car so looked for a place with a train station close by…this is just a 10 minute taxi ride from the local station so ideal for us. It has a calm, peaceful vibe but just a few mins walk to the local pub. Great for me and my daughter but would be brilliant for groups if you rent out the other cottages. Sarah was really responsive and proactive. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

Larissas garden is absolutely beautiful, the pool and hot tub were fantastic. My daughters and dog absolutely loved having so much space in the garden to run about. The barn is gorgeous, has all amenities and is with a couple of minutes walk from a great pub.

How to start?? I would highly recommend Charles' place! When you get there and go up the stairs, you might think it's not going to be good. However, when you open the door you'll be taken back as to how beautiful his place is!! I felt right at home! Charles had wine, milk, OJ, bread and eggs. The sleigh bed was not only comfy but so pretty. He had great darkening curtains which also serve as a divider from the living room. The shower was welcoming. If I come back to London, I'd stay at Charles' place!

We had a lovely week in Plantagenet and really cannot recommend it enough; the cottage really exceeded our expectations. The garden is phenomenal. It was a private and tranquil escape and our collie thoroughly enjoyed doing laps of the large garden despite the rainy weather. We loved it from the moment we arrived and didn't want to leave. The cottage is well equipped, has a great cosy ambiance with lots of indoor and outdoor game options no matter what the weather. The communication with Tim&Maite was friendly and responsive, we particularly appreciated the slightly late check out. We are hoping to book again soon with more of our family joining us.

We had a lovely stay at Dom’s place. The location is perfect for a couple of days’ break from London, especially if - like us - you don’t drive; it is just a short distance from the station and for a 40 minute journey from zone 1, feels a world away. Dom was very accommodating, especially as we brought our 3 month old baby. The baby enjoyed his first ever swim in the lovely warm pool! And the rest of the amenities/ the hut itself are equally excellent. Would also highly recommend a trip to the Samuel Palmer pub for a pint of locally brewed ale, and the Mount Vineyard for some excellent wines, both of which are a short walk from the hut. Would definitely stay again, thanks Dom!

David is a fantastic host, always very responsive and helpful, answered all my questions. We felt right at home, and will definitely return in the future!!

I had a fantastic stay at Anand’s place in Brentwood. The apartment was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. The bathroom was especially spotless, and the location—right on the High Street—was perfect. Anand was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommend booking this place!
