Encantadas con la casa! Muy amplia y muy buena ubicación, a 10 minutos de Gandía. La casa estaba muy limpia, nos sorprendió muy positivamente y es ideal para grupos. Elena es un encanto, muy pendiente de que estuviéramos cómodas y super amable! Volveremos sin duda.

Lesya ha sido muy amable en todo momento y han sido todo facilidades desde nuestra llegada. El apartamento es pequeño pero es cómodo, la cama es grande y cómoda también.

L’appartement était vraiment impeccable, identique à la description et aux photos. Vicente était très sympathique et flexible sur ses horaires, nous laissons très alaise pour une l’arrivé autonome. Suite à notre petit panne de voiture et notre retard. Je vous le recommande sans hésitation Je ne manquerai pas de revenir chez lui car l’appartement nous a énormément plu !

El piso estaba muy bien reformado y muy cómodo tanto las camas como los baños y la cocina no nos ha faltado de nada, esta en el centro de Gandia pero es una calle muy tranquila y y poco tiempo estas en las calles principales, cerca hay un mercadona. En definitiva nos ha gustado mucho he estado muy comodo ,como en casa. Si vuelvo por gandia repetiré.

The apartment was really lovely, first class and Andrea was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great holiday. The apartment was lovely and clean and had everything we needed even things like washing up liquid, salt, cooking oil etc which was so helpful. The pool was really lovely and often had it to ourselves. Nice balcony to sit out on and hot water, towels etc provided. Within short walking distance to promenade, beach, shops, bus stops etc. Overall couldn't fault it! Thank you!

Muy contento. Excelente apartamento reformado con todas las comodidades. Muy buena recepción por parte De Francisco y muy cerquita de la playa. Muy a tener en cuenta si vienes a la Playa de Piles.

Wundervolle 12 Tage in dieser schönen Unterkunft. Es war sehr sauber und der Kontakt mit Konstantin war einfach und schnell. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Mooi smaakvol ingericht appartement met het uitzicht als unique selling point. Heerlijk comfortabel bed, prima badkamer en goed uitgeruste keuken. Ruimtes precies zoals omschreven en op de foto's uit de advertentie. het aaprtement is centraal gelegen dicht bij het strand, met leuke beachbar Euforia, restaurants, winkels en de oude stadskern. Alles binnen loopafstand. De aanwezige strandstoelen en parasol waren een aangename verrassing. Communicatie met eigenaren Oliver en Silke verliep uitstekend. Ze meldden tijdig vooraf dat door uitgelopen onderhoudswerkzaamheden het zwembad niet beschikbaar was en boden een prima compensatie hiervoor aan. De host ter plaatse, Valentina, is geweldig. Heel vriendelijk, behulpzaam en altijd snel reagerend op berichten. Ik kan iedereen het appartement van Oliver en Silke met Valentina als host aanbevelen. Je zult niet teleurgesteld worden.

Ángela nos facilitó todo, la casa increíble, en una ubicación inmejorable con vistas increíbles, todo limpio y completo. Muy recomendable y pensamos repetir! 😃

Hemos estado 4 días instalados en la casa, muy cómodos, repetiríamos sin duda. Alojamiento tranquilo y con todas las comodidades. Si tuviera que poner alguna pega es que los colchones de las camas individuales eran muy duros, no funcionaban los chorros del jacuzzi y pese a bajar las rendijas de los ventanales y cerrar las cortinas de las habitaciones, sigue entrando mucha luz y cuesta dormir. Esto no cambia lo bien que estuvimos, por eso damos 5⭐️.

Superbe logement très propre et bien décoré, un lit vraiment confortable. Très bien pour profiter de la belle plage, moins bien si on veut visiter la ville car il faut compter 40mn en bus et après 22h30 il reste que le taxi. Dans l'ensemble c'était parfait pour le calme et l'accès direct à la plage. Rosana est très serviable et sympathique. Valencia est splendide !!

My family, friends, and I had a fantastic stay! The place was even more beautiful than the pictures. Host was kind, nice, and available. Easy access to so many things! Loved my stay and I truly hope to come back in the future.

Apartamento en una zona residencial muy tranquila, con servicios y restaurantes cerca, y a 10 mins de la playa

Heerlijk huis met prachtig verzorgde tuin en fijn zwembad. Mooi ingericht en het ademde rust uit. Heerlijke plek om te verblijven met ons gezin. Het zit niet op loopafstand van restaurants, maar die zijn met de auto binnen 10min te bereiken. De bedden zijn goed en het is er heel rustig.

Sehr schönes und komfortables Ferienhaus mit einem wunderbaren Pool Sehr sauber und für alle Eventualitäten ausgestattet. Unser Sohn hatte die Einliegerwohnung im Obergeschoß mit separaten Eingang für sich alleine. Gute Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Grundstück - durch Schiebetor gut abgesichert, allerdings verweigerte die Automatik für das Tor nach 1Woche den Dienst, also per Hand auf und zu machen. Außerdem verläuft vor dem Grundstück eine Straße die in der Woche doch häufig befahren wird , auch weil in unmittelbarer Nähe die Müllcontainer stehen. Der Strand ist in 15-20min fußläufig bequem zu erreichen . Die Costa Blanca bzw. die Strände in unmittelbarer Umgebung sind sauber und breit, so dass in der Hauptsaison genügend Platz für alle ist. Aldi, Lidl, Consum sind mit Auto in 5min erreichbar. Durch die zentrale Lage waren wir in 1 h in Valencia aber auch in Alicante, was ich nur jedem empfehlen kann. Sehenswert auch die umliegenden Städtchen wie Denia, Altea, Benidorm usw.

Buena ubicación, supermercados a 1 km, Monica muy pendiente y amable. Zona tranquila, recomendable para ir con amigos o en familia.

Merci à Antonio pour ce logement ! Il nous a reçu à notre arrivée et nous a tout expliqué clairement. La plage est à 100 mètres, il n'y a que la dune à traverser. L'eau y est chaude, et on trouve facilement de la place pour caser son parasol. La piscine est très grande, et peu fréquentée, c'est très agréable après une journée de plage. La résidence est très bien entretenue, propre et calme. Le logement est bien équipé, propre et fonctionnel. La climatisation est un plus pour un mois d'août à Oliva. Le parking et le local attenant sont aussi les bienvenus pour garer la voiture et ranger les affaires de plage. Nous avons passé un super séjour, et recommandons cette location !

Thank you so much Jenny for taking care of us during our holiday at your place!! Jenny is such a great host and she did her most for us to feel welcome. The house is great, the kids just looove the pool area so much. Sitting outside drinking your morning coffe with the wiew of the mountain in the front of you is just great. To stay here you need to have a car for your own flexibilty but it's also easy to take a taxi to Calp city. We would recommend this place to everyone who need a few days to just relax. Thanks!!

Hemos pasado unos días increíbles en familia. Apartamento muy cómodo con todos los útiles y comodidades para realizar una escapada y sólo preocuparte de disfrutar. Ubicación inmejorable, especialmente si vas con niños pequeños ya que al tratarse de una zona residencial se puede disfrutar del aire libre y la piscina. Muchas gracias Gonzalo y Marta por vuestra amabilidad y atención en todo momento. Volveríamos sin pensarlo!

Just perfect. It's everything it says on the tin! Spotless, comfortable with very good facilities. The pool was lovely and the garden and patio are beautiful. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and always on standby to help with any queries. The Villa is quite and tranquil. Perfect for couples who enjoy privacy and peace and quiet. Already looking forward to our next visit, missing the views already. Thank you xx

Una estancia muy agradable. Todo muy limpio y estaba muy bien equipado. La anfitriona y su hijo muy amables y pendientes de todo. Cerca de la playa a 10 min andando y zona muy tranquila. La urbanización de 10 con todo cuidado. Es un sitio que repetiria sin dudar.

Just back from our second stay at Oceans 11 apartment…we had such a lovely experience the first time around and as a returning guest; the second certainly did not disappoint! We appreciated the new air conditioning installation and the apartment is as fantastic as before…clean, comfortable, centrally located and quick access to St.Antoni beach. A pleasure to stay in beautiful Cullera again, thanks Conor for recommending taxis, restaurants and our day trip to Gandía on the train. We highly recommend this beautiful accommodation.
