It is the second floor of a building with only two apartments. It has 3 bedrooms with double beds, and a fourth as a living room. A bathroom, a kitchen and a dining room. Near the apartment there are supermarkets, bakeries, clothing stores... and the beach is a 5-minute walk away.

A swimming pool is framed by well-maintained greenery and palm trees, offering a relaxing environment. Surrounding the pool, pathways and seating areas can be seen, providing ample space for leisure. The building's architecture is visible in the background, contributing to the inviting atmosphere.

It has wifi and fans in every room. It has a garage place very close to elevator. The community is one of the most beautiful in Gandía for its huge garden and large saltwater pool. If you have kids, they'll love hanging out on the swings or playing in the garden. (Families only)

The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks.
