The house is beautifully located down by the sea. Good fishing just outside. The place is called Sørvik and has a few permanent residents. In summertime, there are holidaymakers in every house. Ferry to Harstad, fast boat to Tromsø and bridge to the mainland towards Sjøvegan, Bardu and beyond. Ibestad consists of 2 islands with a tunnel that connects them. Grocery store on both islands.

For freelancers, this home is excellent, and you can get to the mountains right from the yard if you like. There are peaks up to 1.500m highs nearby to peak! Bring the whole family to this great place. Fabulous view, towards the mountain and the lake, ideal conditions for trout fishing. The ocean is only 200 m away, very good places for cod fishing sometimes salmon. The house is located 61 km from Harstad, approx. 1 hour drive and 48 km from Narvik, approx. 48 minutes drive.
