Enjoy the sea in peaceful surroundings. Short distance to hikes in forests and fields, or top hikes to one of the many peaks in Ibestad municipality. The house is located beautifully down by the sea. Good fishing just outside. The place is called Sørvik and has a few permanent residents. Ferry to Harstad, speedboat to Tromsø and bridge to the mainland towards Sjøvegan and beyond. Ibestad consists of 2 islands connected by tunnel. Jokeren in Hamnvik is open from 8 am to 8 pm on weekdays. Matkroken in Ånstad is open 24 hours, use "Coop key" app.

Villa Sjøsiden is located on the shore of the Lavangen fjord, surrounded by magnificent mountains in Tennevoll. Directly from the cottage you can go skiing and hiking all year round, and the area is also ideal for freeriders – there are peaks up to 1500 m nearby. The villa has 3 bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace, a compact kitchen and a bathroom with a burning toilet. Sleeps up to 5 people. Rabben har vann i kran som på en campingvogn, og leies ut med 100 liter vann. Trenger du mer kan det hentes i kanner. Eget toalettrom med separett-toalett.

Here you can enjoy recreation, nice walks in nature and experience the amazing Northern Lights. It is a short distance to the mountains and the shore. In the shore there is a large area and barbecue. 3 km to the nearest store in Årstein. Foldvik Brygger is 11 km away, as well as the boat museum in Gratangsbotten. It is about 40 km to Narvik, and about 35 km to the polar park.
