Ferry to Harstad, express boat to Tromsø and bridge to the mainland towards Sjøvegan and beyond. Ibestad consists of 2 islands connected by a tunnel. Jokeren in Hamnvik is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM on weekdays. The food hook at Ånstad is open 24 hours, use "Coop key" app.

A nice cabin with a great view of the lake and the mountains in beautiful Grovfjord. Accommodates 6 people, electricity and fully equipped kitchen. No water – pure mountain water is collected nearby. Wood stove in the living room for cozy evenings. Private beach. Northern Lights in the winter months. Possibility of reindeer visits not far away. Boat rental is also possible if interested. Approx. 45 min to Narvik, 1 hour to Harstad and 2 hours to Svolvær - perfect base for day trips.

Driveable road to about 150 m from the cabin. Possibility of more than 6 guests sleeping on mattresses and extra bedrooms in loft. (by appointment).

Here you can enjoy recreation, nice walks in nature and experience the amazing Northern Lights. There is a short distance to the mountains and the coast. On the shore, there is a large area and a barbecue. 3 km to the nearest store in Årstein. Foldvik Brygger is 11 km away, and so is the boat museum in Gratangsbotten. It is about 40 km to Narvik, and about 35 km to Polar Park.
