“ The yellow door Tinyhouse ”with the forest around the corner. Well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, wine cooler and moccamaster. Enjoy the coffee in the hammock. In the cabin there is a 140 cm sofa bed and a sleeping loft with two 90 cm mattresses. Up in the sleeping loft it is 89 cm from floor to nock. Cozy corner with sofa and TV has drapes that can be pulled for during the night. The cottage is secluded on the owner's property. Do you want to get out into the countryside with a fantastic view of fields where you can see both deer, hares and other wild life strolling around and grazing? The apartment is above the garage in the courtyard and has an open plan where the kitchen living room and hallway are in the same room, bedroom as well as a terrace. The farm is located about 10 minutes from Vara where there is a station, concert hall, bathhouse with adventure part as well as local shops and much more. On the property there are also our two horses, two small dogs and two cats.

The farm is rural and borders both the Ekarnas golf course and the scenic river Nossan. Surrounded by fields, stable buildings and with a several kilometers wonderful view where you can enjoy a fantastic sunset with Halle and Hunneberg in the background from the large balcony on sunny evenings. The farm is located one kilometer from Grästorp city center.

On the northern slope of Mösseberg is Kleva Kvarn. In a former mill house, with the basin and mill wheel outside, there are 2 bedrooms, a dining room, a kitchenette (not for cooking but there is a microwave and kettle) and a toilet for overnight guests. Higher up on the property is the owner's home and a detached small house with a simple shower and a small sauna. The garden is a lush oasis with streams, crops, a Japanese-inspired part, greenhouses, fruit trees, flower beds and a view of the forest and meadows. A dog lives here.

Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro.
