Great stay, the apartment is very well located, the view is extraordinary, and you feel very good in this accommodation. Only thing to consider: the bed is quite small and not ultra comfortable, but the apartment is still a very good place to stay in the south!

The apartment is perfect with 2 bedrooms, and upstairs bathroom. The kitchen works well with a large fridge and everything you need. Only tricky part is accessing the unit after the street is closed to traffic. Either a few blocks walk with luggage, or make sure you register your vehicle with the Host over 48 hours in advance (wasn't entirely clear), since check-in is after the street is closed. But once that's all squared, it's a great location to explore the town.

Stephan is a lovely host who has a very nice property in Nice. Stephan was very communicative, hospitable and provided everything you could need in a stay. The value was tremendous considering we were in town for F1. The property is modern, spotless and comfortable. Look no further for your south of France vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at Rina & François's. They are very friendly and gave us a very nice welcome. The place was a great fit for the listing. The accommodation has a beautiful terrace and a beautiful garden with lots of flowers. The air conditioning was much appreciated during this hot period of June. All major shops are nearby and the city of Cannes and its beach are a short drive away. Overall we would highly recommend this place and would definitely return for our future stay in Cannes.

Alexandra was simply the best host! She was responsive, professional, and her air bnb was clean and in a stunning location. She is so friendly and kind and really made our honeymoon so wonderful and special!!

The apartment was an ideal one night stop-off in Monaco. It’s exactly as described in the listing and as per the photos - yes it’s small, but modern, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for a short stay. We especially appreciated the outdoor courtyard directly behind the apartment for our dog to have a walk around in (you’ll also find a back gate in the courtyard which you can use for easy access in and out of the apartment block). Location-wise it’s well positioned, just a short walk to Monte Carlo and the casinos, with plenty of nearby bars and restaurants to try. Would happily recommend and stay again!

Very good place and very responsive host.

The location was perfect for our needs; near the railway station. The apartment was quiet even though it is on a busy, lively street. We appreciated handy access to the building’s elevator and use of an efficient washing machine in the apartment. There were easy to follow instructions for all the appliances and Chris was very responsive with queries. Don’t hesitate to make your booking before this place is snapped up! Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Casalero. The garden is absolutely beautiful, with lush greenery and tasteful landscaping that create a peaceful and private atmosphere. The villa is perfectly located within walking distance of the charming village of Saint-Tropez, yet offers a sense of calm and space. Parking for 2 cars on the property is very convenient and comfortable, a real plus in this area. Inside, the villa is decorated with great taste. We especially loved the many vintage details, which give the home a warm and stylish character. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, and the three bathrooms are modern, elegant, and well maintained. Extra help around the house was easy to arrange, Filippa was ready to assist us, even with groceries at the start of our stay. We had a fantastic time and will definitely return soon!

The place is gorgeous, beautiful garden, amazing views with great amenities. Fabien is a GREAT host and was always very attentive and responsive. The location is super convenient! E we will definitely recommend Fabian’s property!!

Olivier’s villa was absolutely beautiful and even better in real life. The villa was absolutely stunning and well equipped for 8 of us. The outdoor space was amazing with the seating and dining areas as well as the pool. The villa was very close to Saint Tropez (around 15 mins by car) and was in a peaceful secluded spot. Olivier was very fast at replying to any requests. I can’t wait to visit again!

The house is located on a hill, so you have a beautiful view from the terrace. The house itself is very well laid out with the four bedrooms, and the fact that there are three bathrooms is very relaxing throughout the holiday. However, the attention to detail in the decoration stands out in particular. It is not a typical vacation home, which is furnished appropriately. It is a gem, with a lot of love for detail! You immediately feel arrived and at home. Very successful!

Perfect stay. The listing is true to photos and description. The bedding is on top. The location of the house is close to major cities. The kitchen is very well equipped. The host is friendly and responsive. Our stay was spotless to recommend.

Near perfect place all around- location, pool, comfort. Could use a curtain separating bedroom from bath and thicker blinds.

This lovely home was an absolute oasis for our family! The view is stunning, everything was spotless, the beds were so comfortable and the bathroom was like a spa. We booked absolute last minute and Corinne could not have been more accommodating. She went above and beyond, showing us where to park and walking us through not only the home but the entire complex, from the pool to the beach access. If you have a chance to stay here, you must! Double sliding doors open up to a large balcony with so much seating and a fabulous beach view. Home was super quiet and private. We would not have changed a thing. Corinne suggested we visit the village Saint Paul de Vence which was spectacular. She is the kindest and most helpful host we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting, we can’t speak highly enough about her! Our entire experience here was a joy! Thank you, Corinne!

Our stay at Patrice's place was really very nice. The apartment is exceptionally beautifully located, with a fantastic view of Port Grimaud. The facility leaves nothing to be desired. We felt very comfortable and Patrice was very accommodating and friendly. The parking space in the underground parking right at the apartment is an absolute plus. We will be very happy to come back if we vacation in Port Grimaud again. Thanks for everything😊

Great place to stay in the middle of Nice in a perfect location. You are 2 minutes from the sea and the Promenade des Anglais. 10 minutes to the old town, many restaurants and bars are very close. The place is tastefully decorated. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed breakfast on the small terrace every morning! Mylene is a very friendly and always helpful hostess.

Clean and great location !

We had the most amazing stay at Alains place. The location was amazing and the view was so beautiful! They were very helpful with storing our luggage upon arrival and were ready to help with any questions! Right across from the main promenade! Grocery store was a 2 minute walk away, lots of stores near by. It was great to enjoy the beautiful terrace with a glass of wine after a long travel day before heading out for dinner! Would love to stay here again!

We received clear instructions and throughout the entire process, the communication was kind and detailed, with helpful recommendations. After we got off the bus and started walking toward the property, they came to meet us and helped carry our luggage. They were always smiling and helpful—it was a great experience for us. We saw suprise gift on the fridge: prosecco, cola, and Fanta. The view was amazing, and it was lovely to sit outside in the evenings and listen to nature. Thank you very much for the opportunity! my partner: I can’t say any negative thing of this apartment, it was perfect for me. The furnishings of the apartment are wonderful, the view was perfect and the communication and kindness of the owners is outstanding. I really appreciate the care and the sophistication. My recent stay was complete perfection. The apartment was fully equipped and immaculately clean. Our hosts were super helpful, friendly and attentive. Their place felt private & peaceful with multiple options for excellent transport links. Overall could not recommend enough and cannot wait to return!
