Neds Cottage has been completed to the highest of standards as a new luxurious home. With the most incredible views from the hot tub, you’ll be amazed by how far you can see, Manchester skyline, the Peak District hills and Dovestone Reservoir with Saddleworth Moors - whist Saddleworth Villages lie in the valley bottom. 2 king size bedrooms both en-suite, a small double bedroom with a house bathroom opposite. A massive live-in kitchen, combining a lounge and dinning area, plus double sofa bed.

Beautiful country setting yet less than 10 miles from Manchester City centre, suitable for self-isolation. This unique space is set within a 200 year old weavers cottage but with all the modern conveniences of a newly completed studio apartment with all mod cons. The apartment is open plan on first floor with a double bed, and double bed settee and en-suite shower and laundry room. The second floor comprises twin beds addition with en-suite bath. Perfect for a walking holiday, the Kirklees Way passes the property and the Pennine Way, Oldham Way are close by. A great place for mountain biking with the Transpennine Trail a few miles away and lots of cycle paths/trails on your doorstep. Local real ale pubs and plenty of cafes in Marsden village a short walk (15 minutes) along the canal. Beautiful scenery, views from the cottage are amazing.
