The cottage has 2 acres of land surrounding it for relaxation, wildlife watching, games and sports, stargazing or simply relaxing. There is car parking for several cars. The cottage has a large dining kitchen, utility room, cosy sitting room with wood burner and 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 8 people. There is 1 bathroom with large shower. Our cosy little house is in the centre of the village of Messingham. There’s lots of pubs and eateries within walking distance. We have an Indian, Thai, Italian & dog friendly pubs with live music, hairdressers, beauty salons, a bakery & food shops. A short drive away there’s a Nature reserve, play barn, golf, tennis, fishing & a little zoo as well as Blyton ice cream & racetrack. A little stream with ducks is in the next village. We welcome families, couples, business people & contractor’s.

We are a very rural farm, set in acres of farmland with only a few houses up at the farm. This detached cottage is located close to the market town of Market Rasen, on the edge of the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds. Private hot tub in garden. 1 hours private Access to indoor heated pool each day which is part of the spa at a different building this slot must be booked and prior to arrival. We also accept hen parties and extra activates can be recommended by us suitable for Hen Weekends.
