The apartment is spotless, extremely tastefully furnished and more spacious than the photos suggest. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed very comfortable. Another plus is - despite the central location - the car can be parked in front of the door.

Directly at the harbor with the incoming and outgoing fishing boats, the tides and nearby restaurants with freshly caught fish and other seafood, you can't live more beautifully.

Excellent and relaxing stay in an impeccably tidy, clean, functional and remarkably equipped apartment. The property's location is peaceful, close to the beach and green areas, but still not far from the historic city center of Granville. Stéphanie remained available to respond with very little wait to our various requests. I highly recommend this property and I don't rule out going back.

We had a pleasant stay at Val Joyeux, a family home with a very authentic soul. The view of the bay is amazing, the environment is both peaceful while being close to the customs trail and the small center near the church that allows you to do some shopping. Jannick and Catherine were both very available and flexible on the arrival time. We hope to be back soon!

Very pleasant stay in an ideal setting for rest and rejuvenation. The apartment is very well-equipped and clean, with stunning sea views and sunsets. Direct access to the beach. Ideal environment for beach stays and walks. The port of Granville is 15 minutes away, the bay of Mont St Michel 45 minutes away. The host Valérie offers a very neat welcome and very much appreciated support. Excellent!

Apartment was very clean and Mai met us at the property to give us a full tour. The apartment is exactly the same as the description and fully equipped with everything you need during your stay. Apartment is only 10/15mins from INTRA MUROS and close to several supermarket s. Also a big bonus is having a secure parking space. Would definitely recommend staying here. Great welcome, the cottage was perfect for the two of us. The location is less than 5 minutes to the beach. We enjoyed this off-vacation period. If we were to come back to the area, it would be without hesitation.

Next to the station, a great house, there is a terrace where it is pleasant to sit in the evening. Very clean. Well-equipped kitchen, nice bed linen. Very friendly! We liked everything!

This is an absolutely gorgeous apartment, very clean and spacious and is extremely well equipped and beautifullly decorated. Clément was fabulous. We couldn't find the apartment and he walked down in roasting sunshine, to meet us! He gave us a tour of the apartment and explained about the area. The wrap around balcony is perfect for views of Dinard and St Malo, it's very tranquil and relaxing.

Excellent weekend spent in Dinard in this very well arranged studio with its small terrace overlooking a pleasant private garden of the residence overlooking the beach with direct access, great! Perfect location for different walks around Dinard. Very friendly and smiling welcome by Patricia upon our arrival. Afterwards, Christian, the owner from the city, gave us valuable information to improve our stay, and he was also a very nice person. Very nice stay and very nice place.

Great stay at this listing! This one was clean, well equipped, and missing nothing. Located about fifteen minutes drive from the center, and a few minutes walk from the beach, we were able to enjoy the place and the setting. The place is very quiet with swimming pool and assigned parking space. Sophie is very responsive in answering our questions.

Fantastic Duplex in a beautiful location. You are just a short walk to multiple beaches, restaurants, bakeries, etc. the unit is very clean and comfortable. We stayed for one week and really enjoyed our time here!

Perfect accommodation to stay in Saint-Lunaire. Beautiful view from the living room and bedroom, very close to shops and especially the sea. Well appointed and clean accommodation which makes the stay ideal with children. I highly recommend it.

It is in a well-maintained residence. We loved being a 7-minute walk from 2 very beautiful small beaches. Also very convenient for visiting Saint Malo intra muros, Dinard, Dinan, Cancale... The house is charming, perfectly equipped, sparkling clean and ideally located to discover Saint-Malo and its surroundings. The calm of the place is particularly appreciable, allowing you to fully relax after a day of sightseeing. The hosts are very kind, available and caring. A beautiful place that I would highly recommend.

We had a great time! The sea view is stunning, and the balcony to enjoy it is very nice. The accommodation is nice, clean, nicely decorated and well-equipped. It is ideally located: the beach, shops, hiking departures... everything is within walking distance.
