Contemporary apartment bathed in light and tastefully decorated. It is located on the third and top floor of a very quiet luxury residence with secure access (digicode, intercom and badge). The latter is without an elevator but the floors are easily accessible. The view is exceptional, between the unobstructed view of the town of Granville and the sea view of the beaches of Donville les Bains. Great brightness in all the rooms.
