Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Granville

The two sisters Sabine and Nicole are very good and very friendly hosts. We felt very comfortable. The garden was particularly impressive - a little paradise. Also the proximity to the sea (incl. View of Mont Saint Michel) we enjoyed very much. Although both only speak French, this was not a problem thanks to today's technology. Once again, a heartfelt thank you to the two ladies. We had a great time at this charming house. The photos are consistent with those posted on the site. Nice garden with its garden table. Very quiet place!! The house is warm, tastefully decorated, sober and simple, it feels like home. The kitchen is equipped with utensils in excellent condition, nothing is missing for cooking. Thank you also for the groceries, especially the coffee. The bedding is very comfortable!! I'm happy to come back. Thank you Hélène for coming to meet us and for being very available

the reception was very warm. unfortunately we didn't really have nice weather so we didn't use the outdoor space. Inside you saw that everything is decorated with love and care, everything is present. Guillome has stacks of brochures and cards and is also happy to give advice. The bed and bathroom were super! 3 days is actually too short to see the whole area. Who knows, we might come a little longer next time!

What a wonderful place to stay - if you’re looking for a unique place to stay that is quiet and so relaxing, this is your spot. The hosts are so friendly with wonderful recommendations, and the house is exactly as described. The hosts were so accommodating to the times we needed and even when flight and rental car delays occurred, they were flexible to accommodate us. Highly recommend!

Wonderful beach house, a quick walk to the beach. Plenty of room for the four of us, and a well-fenced yard where our small and medium dogs couldn’t escape. We loved the backyard and barbecue, and made steak, ribs and s’mores.

We felt at home!! Staying with Véronique and Jean Jacques was just FANTASTIC. I can't describe it with another word. There were four of us with a small child and nothing was missing. The accommodation is superbly equipped and offers everything your heart desires and yet if something is missing or you have a concern, the two hosts are immediately there for you. We were even greeted with homemade sausages and other delicacies and Jean Jacques asked us if we wanted him to bring us fresh oysters, since he himself travels to the surrounding markets with his food truck. Especially with children, the accommodation is perfect because you have the huge fenced garden with swings, toys and a large meadow at your free disposal and all to yourself. Excursions to nearby attractions are also possible without driving far. We will definitely be back and can 100% recommend this fantastic house

We had a lovely stay. The house is small but feels large. The space is calm and very well equipped. The garden is secluded and has different elements, play, quiet and room.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a night to be in the area of Mont Saint Michel because we were doing a tour of it the next day. You can see it from Cancale and it’s only a 35 minute drive The minute we walked into the Airbnb we were charmed. So much thought and nuance has been put into the place! We were impressed how well he used the space that he had to make the renovations he did. The shower was great, worked well and the whole apartment was super clean and had a very pleasant smell. The free parking is basically on top of the Airbnb and short two minute walk down some charming slate stairs. Even the parking lot overlooking the whole bay was like a big open arm welcome. We don’t like oysters or much seafood but if you do this is the place to get it. They are famous for their oysters! Definitely recommend, and also recommend other Airbnb hosts to stay there; to see how it’s done!

Our stay was perfect. Beautiful apartment nicely decorated and clutter free. Saint Malo is worth the visit, even when the tourists abound.

It's a delightful little paradise! The apartment is snug and cozy, the garden beautiful and peaceful. I had a lot of fun during the short (or sometimes longer) chats with Guy. It's clear that he is passionate about the region and has a lot to tell about it. I had a little less contact with Jocelyn, but she is very friendly as well. To be honest, I felt a bit like staying at my grandparents, which was a nice feeling. The location is perfect. A lovely hiking trail passes right in front of the door. All the 'big sights' of Normandy are in reach within a day-trip. All in all I enjoyed my time there a lot and I definitely hope to come back another time.

A lovely apartment in the heart of St Malo. Great location, lots of restaurants, bars and amenities at your doorstep. The apartment itself has beautiful decor, is clean, and well equipped with a great kitchen and bathroom. Steve, the host, is very responsive. Easy check in and check out processes. A wonderful find, highly recommend!

Accommodation matches the photos, very clean and pleasant, in a quiet area. The bakery is a stone's throw away from the property, the supermarket 10 minutes away and the beach 15 minutes away on foot! the terrace is a real plus, we took advantage of it. A big thank you to Chrystele for her smile. I would highly recommend it! We will definitely come back when we are in the area.

We loved staying at Bernard’s apartment. He was a kind and gracious host. He communicated quickly and effectively and was willing to be flexible as his schedule allowed. The apartment itself is stunning and located perfectly for walking around the old town. You can quickly get to a beach, the ramparts, coffee, and food. The apartment had centuries old charm with up to date amenities. Bernard went out of his way to accommodate our two little kids and helped us with luggage upon arrival, I would recommend this spot every time. If We ever find our way back to Saint-Malo, I’ll be checking availability of this spot first!

Despite the rain we had a pleasant stay in this rental where the setting was worked with care (furniture, light fixtures and heathered paintings). The children really enjoyed the treehouse and picked up the chestnuts from the large garden. We needed the fires in the fireplace that we especially love in the fall. For the rest, the rental is well located (close to the beach, site visits, rather quiet area).

We had a great time with the family for the Christmas holidays. The house was perfectly true to the description, as well as the promised view, no disappointment! moreover the house had been decorated for Christmas! the house is large and very warm and really conducive to family gatherings! in addition the hosts are very responsive and friendly , we had a small power outage at 10pm which was fixed very quickly with Sebastien's assistance. The game room and hot tub are really a plus , as well as the large fireplace that allows long cocooning evenings in the living room . We'll definitely be back!

A great stay by the seaside. Morgane's place is perfect! It's beautiful, clean, convenient, good location and more. The interior is very well designed, spacious and comfortable. Everything you could possibly possibly need is available. The garden is beautiful, well exposed and above all well fenced (ideal with our dog). The hot tub is the plus we would not have thought about but which we enjoyed with pleasure. The beach is very close, the town is pretty and quiet and Morgane has a good suggestion if you are looking for activities nearby. We really had a great week, thank you again to our hosts for their great place and their responsiveness in answering our questions. I would recommend it in a second!

Cecile and Francis put the super in superhost. They are attentive, friendly and responsive with plenty of good tips about the local area. Their home is one of those where the photos don’t do it justice - this is actually better than it looks. Location couldn’t be any more ideal: literally on the beach, you just have to roll out of bed and you’ll be swimming in the Atlantic. The house has been beautifully renovated and it’s decorated with attention to detail, lots of character and Cecile’s art work adding an extra layer of charm. A great hideout to explore Bretagne or to simply slow down, enjoy the scenery, the beach and the picture perfect sunsets on this quiet corner of St. Malo, away from the crowds. It’s very difficult to think of something that could be better… impossible actually. Almost feels like a well kept secret that you want to keep to yourself.

Very nice house, spacious and well arranged, suitable for adults and children, 5 min walk from downtown Cancale and 15 min walk from the port. Brigitte is a very kind and accommodating host. We had a great time with 3 families without ever stepping on each other's toes!

Very high-quality accommodation, which matches the descriptions, allowing you to have a great stay. The beds are very comfortable, the hot tub is very large and the kitchen is very functional. 2 km from the beaches and huts of Gouville, no complaints
