It went very well during our stay. Listing is exactly as described and photos. Very well located, a short walk to the beach, with a magnificent view of the city as a bonus. I recommend it without hesitating!

Thank you to Stéphanie for agreeing to leave our luggage for a slightly later check-out. Very pleasant stay. Location close to shops and the beach in a very nice apartment, in line with the photos. Bedding is good . For people who sleep in the dark, provide an eye mask because the light passes through the blinds. Don't forget the earplugs because of the very early morning noise of the seagulls!!

Very nice apartment in a typical Granvillais building, which implies narrow stairs, it is better to plan for small luggage. Sea and boat views below from the cozy living room. Parking spaces just downstairs, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Kitchen and bathroom are a little dated but the level of amenities is perfect. A good mattress in the room. Ideal for couple. Thank you to Fleur's mom for our late arrival, and her flexibility for the departure schedule. We recommend it!!

I have a great memory of my discovery stay in Granville, alone and without a car. The size of the studio, the location of it (2/10 minutes from the port, train station, shops, GR, cinema, etc.), the friendly welcome from Mikita and her husband... everything was perfect... even in the rain☔️!!!!

Very well located cottage for walking to the city center, the beach, the Dior Museum, the Maritime Station to spend a day on the beautiful Chausey. Clean cottage, with all the amenities you need, and nice little touches in addition!

Wonderful apartment for 2 people. It is very easy to park nearby. We particularly appreciated the welcome book which contained a lot of recommendations for activities and useful addresses. A picnic area overlooking the sea and Granville is a 5 min walk from the apartment, perfect for watching the sunset and/or having an aperitif. Don't hesitate!

I highly recommend this accommodation, perfect for a walk around the Rance Valley. The accommodation is perfectly equipped, carefully decorated and tastefully done. The spa bath is the little extra that feels good. Pleasant and available host. Enclosed parking, ideal for bikers. Feel free to book.
