Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Grants Pass

Although I could easily write an essay about how awesome my experience was here, for the sake of brevity I’ll keep it concise. To start, Chris was a very communicative and proactive host. Before I even checked in, he reached out and emphasized that I could contact him with any needs or questions during my stay. Prior to checking in, Chris mentioned that he was going to stop by and drop off extra toilet paper, which he promptly did the next day. The apartment itself was not only immaculate, but also expertly decorated, equipped, and furnished as well. There were absolutely no corners that were cut and it’s obvious that Chris genuinely cares about his guests. Not only would I stay here again in a heartbeat, but I would highly recommend this apartment to anybody looking to stay in the area.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilltop Nest! It was clean, cozy, and very comfortable for me and my dog to spend a week in. It was spacious and incredibly well-stocked with everything you might need, even dog beds and treats! The snacks and beverages in the welcome basket were a lovely surprise as well. Lisa and Garren are incredibly kind, friendly, and responsive. When I did need something, Lisa was instantly there to sort it out for me. Highly recommend this spot for a cozy getaway in Grants Pass!

It was just what we needed and the bed is the most comfortable I’ve been on

All good, just tough to find the first night after dark. Lovely little bungalow feel.

Well worth the 14 minute drive out of town. The ranch is gorgeous with thoughtful features throughout (fire pit, roping practice, rope swing, seating areas with the best views in mind). We spent the majority of our trip just enjoying the house and space as the entire ranch feels like a vacation! Quiet. Hut tub was clean and warm. The pool was lovely, we would consider coming back in the summer just to enjoy the pool!

Great little place! Perfect for our trip to the area. Easy to find, close to things one might need whether it’s fuel or groceries. Bradley was a great host! Very responsive and easy to communicate with, and very accommodating!

Jennifer has gone above and beyond to make Suite Madrona a very comfortable place to stay. I was there for a full week and could not have asked for more. She has attended to every detail. In addition, she recommended some wineries in the area I did not know about. This lovely enclave is only 15 minutes from Ashland without charging Ashland prices, and very close to the airport. I highly recommend Suite Madrona.

The house is located in a perfect area, the backyard is great for adults and children. They keep the place well stocked which was a huge plus. There was more than enough room for the 4 of us that stayed. Jenni was always quick to respond when I reached out. We will absolutely be staying here again in the future!

Nice clean space to stay while visiting family in grants pass

Responsive and helpful host, plus the home was beautiful and full of amenities! Thank you for letting our family stay, we very much enjoyed the pool and fabulous deck space. We would absolutely book again on our next trip to the area.

Thank you very much for our stay in your beautiful home. It was great that all necessities were available to us and we really enjoyed our stay. The fireplace in the living room was a treat! The large back garden and quiet atmosphere were also fantastic. An extra benefit was the fantastic responsiveness of the host which we really appreciated when we had questions thanks again and hope to see you soon.

Lana was a gracious host and responsive! The kitchen had most anything we needed as we made several meals while there. Beds were comfortable and furnishings were clean and comfortable - plenty of linens and found a walking path/park along the river one block away. Backyard was a hit with hot tub and beauty. Will definitely book another stay next time in Grants Pass.

I had a fantastic stay at this rental! The place was spotless and clearly well taken care of. The decor was stylish and modern, with thoughtful touches that made it feel both cozy and cool. The location was perfect—everything I needed was within walking distance, from great restaurants and cafes to local shops. It was the ideal home base for exploring the area. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Great spot for a short stay for our group of 3 adults. Very clean and well taken care of. As others have mentioned the neighborhood is “colorful”, but nothing too crazy. The only thing that’s wasn’t ideal is one of the neighbors has a dog they keep outside that barks all night long. Not the hosts fault in any way—-but If you are a light sleeper I would heavily recommend bringing ear plugs. Other than that it’s very convenient and a wonderful value.

What a wonderful place! It was spotless and had everything needed for a great stay. Ryan was extremely helpful and responsive. There is a lovely coffee shop just outside and plenty of nice restaurants in the area. I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to my family.

We visit Ashland regularly to visit family. I’ve traveled a lot, and this was one of those rare good finds. The host is wonderful, and so is the place. I loved the modern, minimalist, yet natural and warm interior and it’s very convenient (the Co-Op, etc). It was very quiet, too. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

The condo penthouse was amazing in every way. Beautiful, spacious, clean, and in a great location.

We stayed for a week. We found the condo spacious and clean. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe. There was plenty of parking for our full sized pickup. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, pans and utensils. You can walk to downtown, but driving is easier as not all the roads had sidewalks. The building is well maintained and quiet. We plan to stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay. The condo is very spacious, comfortable, with great natural light. Perfect location for the theater and restaurants. We loved it and plan to return.

This is my second stay at the condo. I love the location as everything is walkable from this spot. Didn't need my car at all during my 4 day stay. The space gets great light and there are nice views of the surrounding hills. Everything worked great and the entire condo was spotless. If one were planning on doing a lot of cooking, you would need to bring provisions as only salt/pepper and oil are provided. Not a concern for me as there are so many restaurants nearby, and the Ashland Co-op is just down the street. Nice to be so close to everything and yet also in a nice, quiet location. I will be back.

We really love staying at Leone’s place due to the immaculate condition, bath and half, large kitchen with everything you need, great location, helpful and nice neighbors and host being available 24/7. We look forward to staying there again! Thank you Leone!
