Newly renovated cottage close to beach and nature

Fully renovated cottage on a large plot with a very private location close to Löttorp, several swimming areas and golf courses. The cottage has both a covered terrace with dining area and large barbecue as well as a large courtyard with a dining group, lounge group, sun loungers and a hot tub (hot tub) for 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms and up to 5 sleeping places (sofa bed). There is a crib as well as a high chair for our youngest guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is washing machine in the bathroom. Bed linen and towels are included as well as final cleaning.

House in the heart of nature near the sea

Here you live in a totally calm countryside among Öland stone walls and bike distance to Sweden's finest stretches of coastline. It is 1 km down to the sea. Byxelkrok is 4km away there is the harbor, restaurants and stalls open June-September. From the harbor you can go to the blue virgin by boat / day trip worth a visit. On the East side you have the fine beaches of the finishing touches and on the Västra side you are close to Byrum where you can see the raukarna mensalvaret and another beautiful beach Byrum Sandvik. The cottage is located on a shared property, which is 5000m2, so the patio you have in front of the cabin is free of transparency. Everything is in the cabin except sheets /bed linen and towels, it takes. There is only running cold water in the cabin - at the sink + sink in another space in the cabin. To shower with hot water + WC you can walk about 75m. This bathroom is shared with others, about 4 people. There is entrance directly to the bathroom,which is located in my house. 2 of the beds are travel beds and 2 consist of a bunk bed.

Here you go down into a robe and take a swim or watch the sunset and the Gotland ferry pass on the front row. With beach and pouring a stone's throw away. In the yard, it was way back a crane guest house. There, the king and his companions could eat, rest, and switch to rested horses on their journey through the land. This is a long time ago. We have run the farm as a dairy farm but also it is history. As we become retired, we have devoted this house a little extra love and care. It has been renovated and become 2 apartments. Neighbor with ICA store and bus stop for Silverlinjen with daily departures to / from Stockholm. Located in the small community of Källa, about 7 km to the central town of Löttorp with a large range of services such as the form of restaurants, health center, swimming pool, library and shops. The accommodation is equipped with wifi throughout the house.

Välkommen till ett inbjudande, avslappnat semesterboende av högsta klass - men med en stor respekt för gårdens historia och bevarande av den tidstypiska känslan från 1800-talet. Här hittar vi verkligen lugnet. Utsikten är vidsträckt och solnedgångarna här är magiska. Sommartid hänger vi helst vid poolen, läser i skuggan, simmar några längder, cyklar till havet och längst med den unika stenkusten. Vintertid kurar vi framför kaminen, dricker kaffe, läser böcker och myser i pyjamas hela dagen.

Fresh newly built (2023) holiday home with its own swimming jetty. The house is bright and nice with the swimming dock 25 meters from the house. The house has all advisories. The outdoor setting will be updated afterwards with patios and so on. At the pier there is also a small rowing boat if you want to take a little trip in the beautiful archipelago, maybe you want to try your luck at fishing? Warm welcome.

Unique location by the sea in northern island land

We visited the house in October where there are not many tourists on the island. We were lucky with the weather that was sunny and “warm” autumn weather. The house is cozy and has what you need, as we spent the most time outdoors. The beach with delicious bathing water, fossil-hunting on the other beach, the nature reserve within walking distance, and otherwise all kinds of exciting nature experiences within driving distance. The host couple were nice to respond quickly to all inquiries, and offer tips and suggestions for bike rides. A clear recommendation-and probably not the last time we book the place. Thank you for a lovely stay

We are very happy with the accommodation and can highly recommend it to others. The whole family had an incredible time, especially our daughters who loved the large deck and all the toys. The host couple, as always, were very nice and accommodating. We are looking forward to come back!

Trouser nook summer home

Nice little home in an extended outhouse with a private entrance in Staffan's large garden. The property has all the equipment you need. Approximately 2.5 km into the harbor stands in Byxelkrok. Sometimes we took the car in, sometimes we went all the way in and sometimes we walked about 900 meters out to the main road and took the bus into Byxelkrok. Due to a small stream nearby as well as hardwoods around the plot, a mosquito hunter, like Thermacell, is not in the way of bringing there. Staffan is, incidentally, very accommodating and nice.

Summer in the Bay of Böda

Bernt was an amazing host and his apartment was newly renovated and very fresh. Very close to the beach and Bödagården that we visited often. Cozy sheep pasture across the road that we appreciated. The only drawbacks were probably the very run down apartment area as well as how responsive it was, especially when a toddler family lived above us. The road outside easily very much as it is high traffic during the summer. Made it not so cozy to sit outside and eat on the nice terrace, unfortunately. But the apartment itself was great and well stocked with EVERYTHING and then some that you could need on your vacation! Thank you so very very much, Bernt!

Very nice accommodation in Böda. Fantastic patio with barbecue, hot tub and several places to hang out. Walking distance to the water. Close to most things but still private. Monica was also a nice host who was helpful and responded quickly to any questions 👏☺️ well worth a visit!
