The Roundhouse in picturesque Puzzle Gardens

MarcusRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The whole property was exactly as described and photographed, but even better bearing in mind all details covered. Things like a kitchen equipped with quality items and a lovely welcome pack of goodies to welcome us were really appreciated. The bedding was of good quality and cosy, and signage within the property was minimal and well judged. All in all a very professional presentation making a very pleasurable stay. Thank you.

Picturesque Rose Cottage in Winster

SarahRating, 5 stars1 day ago
We're just back from two night's in Winster. Helen's cottage was easy to find, equipped with everything needed and more, clean and tastefully decorated. A charming stone cottage perfect as a base. Helen gave plenty of info and local recommendations. Having village shop and somewhere to grab a meal was very useful. The only minor thing for me, as a light sleeper, is that the cottage is situated next to the road, which was pretty quiet, but when the odd vehicle did go past at night, it did wake me. Otherwise, we had a very relaxing break and will consider again in the future.

Entire house with hot tub

EdinaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We've had a lovely stay at Hopping Cottage. Emma was proactively communicating with clear instructions and we felt she would have resolved any issue quickly if we had any. We found the location of the cottage very convenient, easy to access, private, secure with breathtaking surroundings and views. You can't really walk to town from the cottage but nearby towns are just a short drive away (even large grocery shop). There are countless trails to do. The hot tub is definitely a lovely perk, we enjoyed it very much. Emma kindly sent a short video that was easy to follow for instructions in terms of how to use it. The cottage was spotless and lovely, you will find everything you need without having too much "stuff" around. We were also given fresh eggs upon arrival which was a very nice touch and made a lovely breakfast for all of us. We also had a small dog with us, the field belonging to the cottage was very handy indeed. Thank you, Emma, we'll definitely consider staying again.

Detached Cottage with Private Parking and Garden

Well what a beautiful little cosy cottage, perfect for a little escape! Honeyspot cottage has everything you need. We didn't need to ask our hosts for anything. The information guide provided has everything you may need to know. Alistair sent us a message before we arrived and came to greet us when we did, informing us he had also provided a little bottle of milk to get us started, which was unexpected and very lovely. The village of Winster is a stunning picturesque place and the local village shop has the nicest local produce, which we indulged in for our breakfasts. A visit to Chatsworth house is a must and if you love Italian food, Il Lupo an Italian run restaurant, which is about a 20 minute drive from Winster, is also a must visit, the best Italian food we have had that wasn't in Italy! If you are thinking about booking this quaint little cottage, don't second guess it, click that book button and enjoy a beautiful break! Thank you again Alistair and Christine! 😊
