This house is not for everyone. This is not your flawless and perfect design villa. This a house full of character and life. There is one cat living on the property who will ask for attention. You may or you may not engage but the cat will be around, as she lives both outside and inside the house. The house has a large living area with an open fire place, a terrace, a pool (6 m X 12 m) and a tropical garden. A car is needed to get there and around, as the house is disconnected from the village.

Arriving at Olival de São Filipe means first stopping to take in the view. The high location of the seven-hectare estate provides rich vistas. “Even more beautiful than in the pictures”, is a frequently heard response. The panorama is varied and changes constantly under the influence of the sun, clouds and water. You look out over the Atlantic Ocean, the Tróia peninsula - with a sandy beach as far as the eye can see - the Fort of São Filipe, the mouth of the Sado river and the city of Setúbal.

Beautiful beaches and a dramatic coastline offer great opportunities for hiking and outdoor activities. It has a double bed, comfortable mattress, fridge, gas stove and sun-deck. The outdoor hot water shower with view and compost toilet give you a perfect off-grid experience. Wilderness and nature are key!

L.66 is a 600 sqm plot, part of Herdade da Comporta, with a three bedroom house divided in two volumes, a main cement house and a wooden detached cabin and a small pool. This small house is an exercise on simplicity and reworking of traditional architectural elements.

Casita da Pool is a rustic getaway, in a quiet area, close to the wonderful landscape of the Costa Vicentina stuffed with beautiful beaches. La Casita has a small bedroom with a toilet and shower, a living room with a sofa, and a fully equipped kitchenette. Outside there is a private area with barbecue and a pool(shared). With a unique location, Porto Covo 47 is located in the village of Porto Covo, facing the sea. It is a project by architect João Favila Menezes - Atelier Bugio. Note: in the summer, reservations are for 7 nights, with arrivals and departures on Saturdays.
