Monthly Rentals in Grandate

Wonderful stay, the property is not very well maintained. The location was great for our needs. Host available! Comfortable but small apartment, only flaw is very noisy area.

We felt very comfortable here. The area is quiet, bus stop right outside the door but still no noise from buses etc. We were lucky to park right outside the door in the white marked parking spaces (free). There are a few stairs before you get into the apartment. The apartment has everything you need. Highly recommended

We stayed in Grandate for one night. Emanuela was super accommodating and always available. Check-in and checkout are very straightforward. Apartment as described. We felt very comfortable.
