The property is 6 acres of fenced land , currently have chickens and two small horses a dog and a cat which you are free to interact with

you know its a great Airbnb when you meet as strangers and leave as friends! the backyard amenities are incredible. was glad we had a night of our stay to enjoy it and hanging out with Brooke & Heath. they gave recommendations for bars and restaurants that were dead on what we were looking for. hope to return again with our pup in tow to play with Taco and Arnie. such cute, friendly dogs

Sherriann and Bob are the most gracious and friendly hosts I have ever had. They were super communicative, accommodating, and gave us stellar recommendations for things to do in the area. They always checked in with us to make sure we had what we needed. Also Sherriann left us some chocolate muffins when we first arrived, they were so good 😭🙏🏼💖 Lovely time in a lovely home with lovely hosts!

Maureen’s home was a perfect driving distance from all of the places we were planning on visiting. Everything seemed to average between 10-15 minutes. Maureen was very hospitable as well. I highly recommend her location for anyone visiting Grand Rapids. Great price and great location.

Luna was very responsive and accommodating. Luna let us drop off our stuff early before check in since we had a concert to go to and wouldn’t check in until late at night. I love the location with privacy and the eastern GR neighborhood vibe with so many great restaurants nearby. We definitely wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Wendy was a wonderful host, very friendly and accommodating. Her home felt like staying with a friend or family member. The neighborhood was lovely and peaceful with great parks nearby. A very easy drive to downtown GR.

Excellent value for the price! Martin is a super personable host (we are both vets so that gave us a conversation starter). Why Martin is a SUPER Host: * I had a 5am Lyft pickup to the airport & Martin told me he'd get me there if Lyft had any issues. That's truly above & beyond! * He doesn't ask you to strip the bed, take out trash, wash dishes, etc.! Nice pond in the back of the house, perfect for a balmy day. Plenty of power outlets in my room (important amenity). A few things to know: * Friendly house doggo but don't let her into your room... she is hard to evict if she sneaks in... as Martin told me: "she thinks it's her room". * My room was at top of the stairs in case you have ambulation issues. * Martin prefers communicating with the AirBnB app so that there is a record of all dialog and therefore no issues with "but, you said.....". It's a great audit trail and I'm in total support of that style of comms. I hope I have the opportunity to stay with Martin again!
