Tamarack House on Lake Superior

DobrinkaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We visit the North Shore every year and this was our first time on the beach, though rocky, of Superior. And boy were we right in the beach. Gorgeous views, sounds and smells. We were there right after a storm and the host was very proactive about a fallen tree and communicated right away. The house is clean, private and warm. We were there in a cold weather snap! We got to bring our pup too and it felt just like home. The water situation takes some getting used to, but ultimately is the same as going for a swim. So we all do it. The views and privacy are well worth. We will be back next year!

Simplicity on Lake Superior

DelaneyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
My friend and I stayed here for two nights on our roadtrip out from Vancouver to Toronto, and it was a gorgeous place. We loved the cottage, the views were incredible, and we felt as cozy as can be. Our hosts were extremely helpful, and were very responsive. If you’re looking for a place to relax, feel connected to the outdoors, and want a place to curl up with a great book while looking across to Sleeping Giant - this is your spot!!
A cascading waterfall tumbles down rocky cliffs surrounded by lush green trees. Mist rises from the water, creating a rainbow that arcs gracefully across the scene. The bright blue sky contrasts with the earthy tones of the landscape.

Pigeon River Getaway.

We stayed in the eagles nest cabin and it was great. Nice and clean and an amazing view. Was a quick stay passing through but would be an awesome place to stay for days or a week. Great hiking spots near by. I’d stay again.

The Burrow on Tucker Lake - Gunflint Trail

TashaRating, 5 stars2 days ago
In the words of my cabin-particular husband, This Is Right. The Burrow is perfect. It is very apparent that Don and Casey take joy in hosting and have thoughtfully designed their rental. It’s so private and feels remote (the birds you’ll hear!) but it’s just a short drive to great food and even more amazing views. Please check this one out!

Chester’s Yurt

NicoleRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Our stay at Chester's yurt was an amazing first yurt experience! If you're looking for a peaceful place to escape the hustle and bustle, this is it. Our host Rob, was amazing, and always available to answer questions and to show us around the area. Nestled in the trees, it was so private and relaxing, with a suana to relax us even more. It was so hard to leave! Highly recommend!

The Glass Cabin: BIG Lake Views

ErinRating, 5 stars5 days ago
We had a great stay! Eric's place is a gorgeous, comfortable, modern lake home. Beds very comfy, cool little cubby style bunk beds great for kids. We grilled steaks one evening and ate most meals at the house. Everything we needed was there. Kitchen was great for cooking. A/C unit was nice surprise for the sunny warm days of our stay when the house got warm with the morning sun. Great water pressure in the shower, no issues with anything. We hiked every day and visited the lake. Host-provided Netflix account was nice touch so we didn't have to figure out logging into our account. Perfect location for all of our adventures! Thanks!
