One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The host was incredibly welcoming, communicative, and helpful, offering great local tips and thoughtful touches like a welcome note and snacks. The home was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped—from a comfy bed and soft linens to a well-stocked kitchen. We especially loved the cozy living area and peaceful ambiance. Location was ideal: quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Every detail was carefully thought out, from fast Wi-Fi to clear instructions and labeled amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to cleanliness and guest comfort was outstanding. We were so impressed by how much care went into making our stay perfect. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area—we left with beautiful memories and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Wir haben uns von Anfang an gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberfamilie war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Trotz der Tatsache, dass die Unterkunft auf demselben Grundstück wie das Haus der Eigentümer liegt, konnte man jederzeit für sich sein. Paris war perfekt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Das Auto konnten wir die ganze Woche direkt auf dem Grundstück sicher parken. Auch eine Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt konnte problemlos mit dem Fuss erreicht werden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

My family and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Tarik's place, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, Tarik welcomed us with incredible warmth and a personal tour of the entire home, showing us each room and every amenity. His home is absolutely beautiful—thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and spotless. What truly sets Tarik apart is his hospitality and communication. He is the definition of a Superhost. One thing that really stuck with me was something he said during our tour: “I always put myself in my guests’ shoes and treat them how I would want my own family to be treated.” That statement perfectly reflects how he hosts—with genuine kindness, care, and attention to every detail. Tarik goes above and beyond in every way. He is personable, respectful, and truly dedicated to making sure guests have the best experience possible. We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The apartment was fully equipped and very comfortable for our family of five — spacious, clean, and exactly as described. The neighborhood is quiet and family-oriented, which was perfect for us. We especially appreciated being so close to the M7 metro line, making it easy to explore the city. There’s also a great bakery and supermarket just a short walk away, which was incredibly convenient. Our host was friendly and responsive, and check-in was seamless. Highly recommended!

We spent three nights at Anne's place and loved the experience. Literally cannot think of a single complaint. The house was built in 1905 and it's clear that Anne has taken really good care of the place. Comfortable bedrooms and lots of spaces to hang out. The garden was beautiful. We would definitely return if we ever make it back to Paris!

We had a wonderful stay at Fatiha’s apartment! Our family of six adults felt very comfortable—the space is incredibly spacious and well laid out. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking, and both the air conditioning and water heater worked perfectly throughout our stay. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a big bonus for us. Overall, we were very happy and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended!

I have rented apartments in Paris and in the South of France for ten years, always for about a stay of one month. Carole's apartment was a stand-out and I loved everything about my stay there. I have already rented it for a month next year. The apartment is lovely-it looks just like the photos and feels spacious enough for a long-time stay. Everything worked well, the apartment was thoughtfully well-supplied for a long stay, and the bed was very comfortable. The apartment was incredibly quiet. Carole is a wonderful host. My early arrival went very smoothly and Carole explained well how everything works in the apartment. She is a very personable, welcoming, efficient and accommodating host. Cleaning service was done well. I always stay in St-Germain-des-Pres as it feels the most archetypically Paris. The Metro and RER stations are a few minutes walk. Lots of everyday stores, eg, grocery, pharmacy. Lots of restaurants, cafes-my friends in Paris usually come over by me. Thank you, Carole!

The apartment looked very cozy and stylish. It has all necessarily items for comfortable leaving and amazing balcony for the slow morning. Ines is very helpful, friendly and responsive person. Please be careful if you have too many suitcases because the apartment is on the 5th floor and no lift available.

I had a fantastic stay! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and exactly as pictured. The location was super convenient, and everything was well thought out. Nadim was incredibly kind and helpful- accomodated our delays during checkout as we had some issue with our car rental. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The apartment is stunning, even much better than the great photos. I immediately felt at home. The location is great as well. Most importantly, the host was very kind and always responded very fast to any questions. It’s not easy to find a good airbnb in Paris, but this one exceeded my expectations.

The instructions for self check-in is a little lengthy, but detailed. I had a hard time finding the mailbox because the name was faded, but overall check-in and check-out is very easy. The place was clean and organized - although a picture frame that was taped to the wall fell off in the middle of the night and startled me. Other perks of this place is the bakery at the corner (the pistachio and raspberry croissant were amazing there)! This place is spacious and conveniently located next to T9 for transportation and a short walk away from Bus 132.

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

The location alone for this apartment deserves all of the stars. You’re far enough away from the middle of Paris that it’s not crazy crowded, but close enough to the Metro that getting to any part is easy. There is a grocery store and pharmacy directly across the street, and if you’re lucky enough to be there for the market, it’s awesome and set up at the end of the block. There are a ton of great restaurants and things to walk to including the giant park and great shopping. The apartment itself is very spacious and being on the top floor with the outdoor patio is a huge bonus. If you stay here in the Spring/Fall it’s likely the perfect location. We, unfortunately, came during the summer and during an incredibly hot week. If you are here during the Summer, you need to know that like the most of France, the apartment does not have AC, but we managed with some fans. Once the sun went down with all of the doors and windows open it was lovely. The host was always quick to respond.

Zunächst, ich bin neu hier und habe keinerlei Vergleichsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren 2 Pärchen für 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Es gibt eine Toilette in dieser Wohnung, was in der Regel ausreichend ist. Die Bäder sind etwas ungerecht aufgeteilt. Im großen Schlafzimmer ist eine große Dusche direkt auf dem Zimmer. Das ist definitiv die bessere Wahl. Das kleinere Schlafzimmer hat nur indirekten Zugang auf ein Bad welches sehr klein ist und eine Minidusche hat. Das reicht zum duschen aus, komfortabel ist allerdings anders. Das Wohnzimmer ist riesig. Die Küche ebenfalls. Leider gibt es keinen Geschirrspüler. Braucht nicht jeder, sollte aber Standard sein. Platz dafür wäre reichlich. Die Teppiche im Wohnraum haben keinen guten Halt auf dem Betonfussboden. Grad vor der Küchenzeile war das nicht ganz ungefährlich. Die Wohneinheit hat keine Klimaanlage. Grad zur Sommerzeit ist das ungünstig. Die Aussicht ist unbezahlbar. Blick über die Stadt traumhaft.

Asunto oli hieno, tilava ja rauhallinen. Se vastasi kuvausta. Majoituimme viikon, joten oli hienoa, kun saimme nukuttua hyvin. Metrolla pääsi hyvin kulkemaan ja lähellä oli tarvittavat kaupat ruokaostosten tekemiseen. Francois oli oikein ystävällinen ja auttavainen. Voisimme yöpyä uudelleen.

Remco’s apartment was lovely - stylish yet comfy and also quiet while being in a cute and walkable neighborhood with plenty of great cafes and restaurants nearby! Remco himself was super responsive and kind. Definitely recommend!

Perfect spot for my family. Needed a 2 bedroom and loved the view. About a 10 to 13 minute walk from public transit. Quiet and peaceful. Great bakery around the corner. Host and co-host super responsive.

L’appartement de Florence est idéal pour séjourner à Paris. Il se situe au cœur du quartier le plus branché de la capitale. Il est au calme , et offre une terrasse qui permet notamment pendant les périodes de forte chaleur sur la capitale, de profiter au maximum de chaque instant. L’ascenseur est clairement un plus. Et l’appartement offre tous les équipements pour un séjour des plus agréables. Concernant Florence, c’est une Hote, que dis-je , une super Hote qui a été attentionnée en amont de la réservation et pendant mon séjour. 6/5 ! À bientôt j’espère ! Amaury
