Loft vacation rentals in Grand Paris

Jean-Christophe and his wife were very kind people. They even gave us a gift on Labour's day, a bottle of wine and a flower. It was very lovely staying with them, everything was clean and working properly. The AC was very welcome, considering the weather outside. Would 100% recommend to go here, if you are looking for an affordable place to stay near the Eiffel Tower. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe, with a Metro station around the corner. Also very easy for a taxi to pick you up at the front door. Overall a great experience!

We had a lovely stay! The location is in the middle of the busy Bellevile. A very international part of Paris which makes for amazing places to eat. The place itself is clean and nice.

Erin's place was perfect for our stay! We couldn't have asked for a better location. The apartment was clean and so cozy! The accommodations were comfortable and well maintained. Erin was a very responsive host and provided a great list of local recommendations for restaurants, entertainment and shopping. We would definitely book with Erin again!

We loved our stay at Laetitia’s apartment. I spent many hours researching location and we really loved it. So close to the Seine, around the corner from a metro station and among so many wonderful restaurants. For my daughter’s first time in Paris, this was perfect. The apartment itself was so quaint and sweet. Loved being among the roof tops in Paris- so magical! The stairs are a small price to pay for the views. The apartment had so many wonderful perks- hair dryer, curling irons, options for coffee, fans, air conditioning and a sweet treat when we arrived. Laetitia was wonderful- excellent communication and helped lug our luggage up the stairs on arrival. It was a truly perfect stay, I highly recommend!

An absolute GEM of a place. The view is incredible. The town square is SO adorable and has fabulous restaurants. It can get hot in Paris without AC but she provided lots of fans and dark drapes which was so helpful. The kitchen has everything you could need. The beds were comfortable and it was such a unique apartment with so many thoughtful details. She was a fabulous host and I am so glad she shares her home because it truly was the loveliest spot to stay. One thing to note is that if you have mobility issues it is on the top floor and there is no elevator. The stairs are original and beautiful though. I would 100,000% tell any of my friends and family to stay here.

Overall Gilian was a great host and this Airbnb was a great spot in Paris, it was very safe and the neighborhood is great. The room fits 4-5 people well.

Extremely good located apartment in one of the most beautiful parts of Paris. There are cool bars in the street and right behind the corner there is a great, 19th century restaurant where you can taste French cuisine Place des Vosges is just there, you have around 10-15 minutes of a nice walk to Hotel de Ville, Centre Pompidou or Les Halles, if you like to walk it is also very cool to walk to Latin Quarter from here :) Metro connections from Place de la Bastille are great, especially line 8 because of it’s route- in the same direction you can get to Opera or Invalides which is really cool, the line is actually a connection between the south east and south west of Paris. The apartment is quiet and interior is very nice, the bed is great which was very important to me as I used to walk 17-25km every day Bruno is easy going person, you can ask him for help or advice, and also he was kind enough to let me to put the luggage inside 4 hours before check in :) and 5 after check out

The location of the house is good, within 5 minutes on foot, there is a lot of food around, transportation is easy to get around, and it is also very convenient to take the subway to go to the city near the Louvre. The most important thing is that the landlord was very friendly and very warm.When we checked in, we talked to the host because of some small problems, the host was very patiently resolved, and then very warmly recommended us a lot of delicious and fun food nearby, and the host learned that we were Chinese, very happy in the future, and was very enthusiastic about us.Overall a good stay. (The only disadvantage is that the sound insulation of the house is a little worse, but the whole neighborhood is still quite quiet)

great location, convenient place to stay (supermarket, great restaurant and bakery near by). We had good time staying at Angelique's place. You can even see Eiffel Tower from the near by junction.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Perfect location! It's convenient to 3 different metro stations and is easy walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and Invalides, but the area is not "touristy." We enjoyed the neighborhood restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. A great Saturday market is around the corner. Arnaud was a great host and was flexible and helpful with our unique scheduling issues. The unit has 3 BRs upstairs and a nice sleeper sofa on the lower floor with a privacy screen. There are 4 total bathrooms - each floor has what Americans would call a "half-bath" with a toilet and vanity, as well as a separate room with a shower and vanity. This arrangement is different than what we are used to in the US, but we found it convenient for the 6 of us. A couple in our party are somewhat mobility-challenged, so they found the ground floor apartment super accessible - although found the stairs a little steep and awkward, but they managed. Highly recommended this apartment!

Fantastic - Linh was a great host, very responsive and gave great local recommendations. Nice interior, comfortable stay, great location! Close to the street so can hear noise at night sometimes but this didn’t bother us, is a relatively quiet street so noise was minimal. Thanks for the lovely stay!

Apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped with thoughtful touches. Super comfy beds, our teens loved the mezzanine level bedroom. Easy access to metro( we found nearest was Rue de Boulet) Super bakery- Pepite nearby, also Carrefour and Franprix (also useful for Nanny drop bags). Try easy access to the many attractions of Paris. Would thoroughly recommend.

This apartment is located in a very peaceful area of Le Marais. Irena was very cordial and helpful. We could leave our luggage before check-in time and go for a walking tour. She gave us a portable WiFi device as well. The apartment has two bathrooms (showers) and two separate toilets; two queen size traditional beds in two rooms; two ACs in one bedroom and in the lounge; there is no AC in the basement bedroom. The road-level bedroom has very little space to open your large suitcase; but the basement bedroom is quite large. Metro stations - Arts et Metiers, Temple and Republique are 5 mins walk away. Two fantastic Boulangeries are practically next door - Ernest & Valentin and Fabienne & Stephane. The Arts et Metiers museum is next door and it houses the original Foucault's pendulum. La Ruee vers l'orange a quiet pub next door serves a huge variety of beers. Both Rue Monrgueil and Rue Rambuteau are 15 mins away and a must visit for all the restaurrants, grocery stores and pastry shops.

Severing was amazing, from the time of booking through greeting us on arrival and checking with us after checkout. The pictures are amazing but being there with the view can't be captured in a pic it's better. Transportation to the city is easy with multiple options to get you anywhere you want to visit. After long days of sight seeing it was great to get away from all the hustle and retreat to a quiet sanctuary. I would definitely book again on our next visit.

Last year, this apartment was in our top list so visited again this year. Once again. We really feel at home when we enter. The property is located in a lively neighborhood but you won't notice: the home is located in the courtyard. This year also used the projector for the home theater feel. Also discovered that bus line 96 stops in front of the door and leads you directly to the city center. And thank you Emile for the lovely coffee!
